A universal studio that has been magnified by advertisements. Nothing. It is such a simply created place. Puppets. watching movies. and gaming machines such as casinos. A place with no special features. There is no need to come. and a trading post was created. There are even hotels in this area. No. I definitely do not recommend

The entire staff here is so nice. This was my third time enjoying a club lounge and Matthew, Sulmy, and Helen were fantastic. They remembered my name, made sure I had what I needed and opened the door for me. This was great.

The rooms are filthy, had to change rooms when we arrived because the sheets were clearly not changed, the room we were switched to had brown goo on the bathroom floor and the toilet flusher hadn’t been wiped. I hate that I paid so much for such disgusting filth.

It’s my first time here at Sheraton Universal and I would say the service is great! Everyone who works here is friendly. The Lounge for Elite Members is my favorite! I really love the food in Breakfast and Dinner! They served quality foods! shout out to the Team members of the Lounge - Albino, Helen, Matthew, Jose and Sandra - Thank you for providing an excellent service to your guests. I will definitely come back here and will recommend this place to my Friends and Family!!!

Excellent property near the Universal Studios, shuttle service is a bonus! Great staff and service, especially at the Club Lounge! Matthew, Mary and Jose provided an exceptional welcome and made our trip even better!
