No need to stress! When you're ready to head back to LAX with your loved ones, book a private car service with the incredible Mr. Fernando at the Sheraton Hotel for a flat rate of just $85. Uber and Lyft are reliable but can be pricey for a family of six. Mr. Fernando, the BEST concierge, is personable, professional, and incredibly kind - he's an angel! Huge shoutout to Mr. Fernando - you're incredible!

Our stay was made wonderful with the help of DJ, Helen, and Mary. They were very patient and kind with our 2 year old who was running around. The hotel is conveniently close to Universal Studios. It has a shuttle that runs at the same schedule as the park and makes it easy to get to and from the park. The room we were given had a great view of the park and was nice to see while in our room.

I experienced many service issues with this hotel. The room was missing one of the sheets needed for the sofa bed and it took about an hour and multiple phone calls to the front desk to get the sheet, by which point the family member who needed the sheet was already asleep. Housekeeping came to the room once during the day even though I declined housekeeping during checkin, which was a problem because one morning I left an item on the bed which housekeeping staff moved somewhere we were not expecting. The concierge desk was difficult to get a hold of. One of the valet staff members was particularly unpleasant to work with. We did laundry through the hotel and it was returned to us more than four hours after the promised deadline, and even then it was missing an item, though hotel staff denied for more than an hour that anything was missing and took hours to find the missing item. The bathroom layout isn't as good as most hotels I've stayed at and the bathroom sliding door made too much noise at night, but these are minor issues compared to the service issues I experienced at this hotel. On the plus side, the king bed was comfortable, the room seemed clean, and the hotel's location is excellent.

Very clean and convenient. Excellent customer service. From the time you arrive to the time you check out the staff is friendly and accommodating. It was very refreshing to receive such kindness and respect. The facility it well maintained and the shuttle service to Universal Studios was a nice bonus- thought it’s a short walk anyway.

Mostafa, at the car check-in / entrance was the most helpful person to my wife and I. The room and lobby were so clean and the environment was great. Easily my favorite hotel in the area. My wife and I have already decided we aren’t staying anywhere else.
