Me, my husband and my teen stayed in a swim up room which is seriously the way to do it when you stay at Ziva. The staff was all very kind and helpful. The service was excellent. The weather in July is very hot and humid but as long as you are either indoors or in the water it is doable. Enjoy your stay??

Do not go to this Hyatt propert. The hospitality is horrible and the construction at the hotel is unbearable. They let someone else sign out our kids from daycare without our knowledge or consent Very disappointed and furious!

The trip started off on a good note, but I wasn't advised until after check-in that the kids water park was closed. Also, I wish they announced the renovations before I put down thousands on a vacation there. I literally heard drilling and construction from 9 am - 5/6 pm every day of my stay. The icing on the cake was being confronted by drunk racist guests that accused me of moving their belongings and stealing their pool chair. Some staff tried to resolve the matter as best they could, but I felt their objective was to escort the big black man (me) from the pool to try to keep the peace, although I did nothing wrong. Safe to say, I won't return here.

Run down hotel. Food was below average. Liquor was totally bottom shelf junk. Construction was a surprise to us. Hotel said they sent emails but we never received one about construction as we would have postponed or cancelled. The jackhammer noises were constant. But the entertainment crew were excellent as well as hotel staff. Takes more than that though.

Pool was dirty, tv in our room never worked, they are doing construction and it was very loud. We had a pleasant holiday Credit we were told we could use towards a hotel activity, but that was not true no-one knew what we were talking about. It started to get very frustrating.
