Great all-inclusive location for adults and kids

Great rooms, accommodating both adults and kids…the hotel is very nice, clean and safe. We enjoyed the pool, beach, and restaurants. The Italian restaurant on site was very good and the chef of the steakhouse even asked our group opinions on his food.

Phenomenal 5 day, 4 night stay exceeds expectations--can't wait to return!

We stayed at The Hyatt Ziva in Los Cabos and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire stay. It was beautiful, peaceful, chic, homey, kind, and safe. We stayed in builiding 2 after moving from building 3 on our first day, and it was newly renovated and AMAZING. Very updated and clean, spacious and elegant. We made a few friends over our short stay and everyone seemed to be having the same experience!

Service above and beyond!

This resort is absolutely beautiful!! Looking through the front entrance to see the water was breath taking. Staff were so friendly and helpful from the greeting by the porter at the entrance, throughout our visit and until we waved good-bye. A few staff stood out because they would take the time to get to know us and find out our likes and interests and accommodate them best they could. Thank you Jeir (La Plaza), Alejandro (Adult Pool server), and Ingrid (Activity team member). We can't wait to go back!!

Horrible Experience! Never booking here again

I was very disappointed with overall information communicated about trip. Before I arrived customer service was super rude when asking questions through reservation department, also there should be no reason the billing department takes 3-5 business days to process a charge. With this method created a lot of problems before arrival and literally led to me almost not having a room upon arrival to Cabo. When I arrived to hotel, there were a lot of EXTRA fees charged throughout check in and check out process that were not mentioned in the posting or through team while speaking over the phone. And the last thing would be when I asked reservation about deposit I received 5 different answers about the amount from $250 all the way to $500, no one was able to stick with the exact amount even after I had email confirmation for $250 usd. There was only one person who was helpful throughout my process and that was “Jessica”. Jessica had an open line of communication through email and was very helpful, but of course before my trip, she was apparently let go from the company. Therefore, my reservation was left in shambles dealing with other staff who were unfamiliar with information needed

My experience at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos was amazing! I was there on a Girl's Trip! I really enjoyed the property, the fire pits and pools were great! Food was everywhere, great free room service! The Italian Restaurant was the best!
