A good DREAMS in the collection!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Dreams Los Cabos, as we had been to Dreams Tulum and had a very undesirable experience last June 2024. While the resort seemed bustling, it was nice to have quiet time at the adult pool and with Ernesto serving excellent drinks. There was a lack of additional staff providing towels in the early morning or walk around the pool offering service. The restaurants had a good variety of vegetarian options, which is extremely helpful and appreciated. Including a visit to the French restaurant, Bordeaux, which created a special plate on our 2nd night for dinner! Breakfast was the best with 2 of the most wonderful women making quesadillas and omelets!! Without them, our day wouldn't have been a good start! A shout out to Christo, who was a welcoming smile and wonderful help by providing assistance as needed. As a new employee, he was off to a great start!! Overall, our experience was VERY GOOD!! We enjoyed just about everything. It was a quick fun in the sun excursion!

Such a great time! There are so many fun activities to participate in and attend! The food is really yummy, shoutout to the asparagus cream at Portofino! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and happy! Definitely recommend coming here for a vacation! If you have a business need too, highly recommend this location for an offsite! The AV folks are fantastic! The private events team is amazing! Everyone, truly, is great! Ana, Noel, Rodrigo, Francisco - muchas gracias!!! I can’t wait to return!
