Please be advised Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa will be undergoing renovation works on 16 guest suites. The guest rooms will be converted to swim out suites. Throughout the duration of the project, areas will remain covered, and work will be scheduled during the day and although some noise may be heard, all efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time. Expected completion date of the renovation work is December 31, 2024. All other services and facilities remain the same.

Amazing service from Mercedes and Calli - exceptional service at the Dreams

We came down to celebrate my birthday at Dreams. We decided to spend the day at the pool and met Mercedes, one of the amazing pool staff members. Mercedes took care of us all day. He was so professional, friendly, and absolutely welcoming. Mercedes and Calli surprised me with a birthday cake and sang me a song at the pool. They both treated me like I was part of their families. They are amazing Individuals and are one of the many reasons why we always come back to Dreams. Thank you for making my day special.

My daughter and I enjoyed our trip despite the resort's shortcomings. Thank goodness for the perfect weather. The restaurants' food and service were inconsistent, with no reservations and usually over an hour wait for dinner. The seafood restaurant was closed down for construction which was a bummer being a pescatarian. The tranquility pool had construction going on so no one used it and caused overcrowding at the family pool. There was no mention of construction and it's limitations at time of booking. In room service food was horrible. Every item ordered was bad, except for the fries (fish, Caesar salad, torta, wings) For entertainment, the shows were pretty good. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. We won't be going back to this resort, which I found through Interval Intl, using a certificate for a resort week. It makes me appreciate more my long time membership to my home resort in Nuevo Vallarta.
