was a beautiful view and the water was amazing. the drinks and food were excellent with a variety of foods to eat and drink. the ocean view was beautiful.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this all-inclusive. Staff was attentive, rooms clean and everyone of them has some glimpse of the ocean from the room or balcony, specialty restaurants were delicious and room staff went over and above to provide whatever you needed.

Hyatt & UVC have higher & lower level properties. For their family all inclusive, Dreams exceeded expectations at this property - especially in the service area Pool Bar: Oscar & Elsa were fast friendly & the drink quality was great. UVC Staff: Valentin & the team (sorry I don’t have the other two names in front of me) helped us with all special requests & even those we didn’t know we had. Hotel Staff: (again, I need to do better with names) were eager to help and with very good English. Food: never a bad or boarder-line meal. Cooperation between hotel & UVC staff was the best I’ve seen outside an Impression level property. Also a 1:1 UVC property too so a great way to use your days. Thanks Dreams for a great, but too short a visit. We will be back Jim & Stacey

To begin, I would have given 5 if it weren’t for some easily avoidable hiccups. All the hiccups were something I would consider minuscule, but they did add up a little. They did the real important things extremely well though. My wedding went flawlessly. Elvis and Alexis served at my wedding and treated me and my guests wonderfully. They helped us have so much fun. The day after the wedding we had to wait a bit to get into Portofino and Elvis had appetizers already on the way out by the time we were seated. On our last night, I happened to run into Elvis and he offered to put together a special family dinner before everyone left the resort. Needless to say, we were well cared! My wedding was amazing thanks to the vendors and team at Dreams that bring visions to life! We also rented the cabanas which were unreal. Fernando was our server who we got to know a little bit and is amazing in every way! We will miss these staff members and will be back to visit. ??

Pool and people were great. Food was not good. The preferred club was not worth the price!!! Massage was 20 minutes in a chair and to upgrade was $109. Upgrades were pretty non-existent in my opinion or spotty if you got them.
