BelAir SunClub Hotel Cabos is a section within Krystal Grand Los Cabos; BelAir section is is located closest to the mountain, separated from the beach section of Krystal Grand by a semi-private residential street. Guest staying at either section have full access to all the amenities and facilities of both sections. Please note accessible rooms are only available in the Krystal Grand section and BelAir rooms are not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

This review is for Yolanda and Guillermo at Krystal Grand Cabo. We are so appreciative of the level of care and excellent customer service they provided to us on our recent stay. Yolanda was amazing, beyond professional and made our stay extra special by always saying hello and ensuring we were comfortable and happy. Our visit to your hotel was far better than we expected or anticipated after a bit of confusion that was quickly resolved. It is worth mentioning that the staff in general throughout the resort were also wonderful!!! Mucho Gracias
