BelAir SunClub Hotel Cabos is a section within Krystal Grand Los Cabos; BelAir section is is located closest to the mountain, separated from the beach section of Krystal Grand by a semi-private residential street. Guest staying at either section have full access to all the amenities and facilities of both sections. Please note accessible rooms are only available in the Krystal Grand section and BelAir rooms are not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

We stayed here 1 night because our flight home was cancelled due to a huge snow storm, we were all (an entire coach bus full of people) sent here until our flights home were figured out. Kind of made me wonder how one resort could accommodate this many people all at once while the resort we left didn’t have any availability. It all became apparent why after what we saw during our 24 hours here. We saw a cockroach outside one of the rooms. The resort was not clean, bathroom by the pool was extremely gross and stunk. Balcony door would not close completely, heard other guests with the same problem. Some of the items at the buffet had no utensils so people were using their hands. The food was mediocre at best. The service was lacking, asking multiple times for a drink, no one working the areas that are supposed to be someone there. Pictures may look nice but photos can be deceiving!! I was surprised when I searched the price difference from the resort we stayed at to this resort was only $100 per person difference. Do yourself a favour and find a different resort!!

Regret staying here. Moldy bathroom. Slow service. Weak drinks. Bad food Refrigerator was never fully stocked. Our only experience with an all-inclusive and it was awful. Bad location, cheap feeling and boring. They also sold my info so now I constantly get phone calls for time shares and trip planing. Do better.
