Krystal grand pool bar!

Staff was very friendly, quite windy the first few days. Best location was around the adult pool with amazing staff. Pedro, Julien and Jenny. Whales were non stop for the entire vacation just off the beach. 5km in either direction makes for long walks. Other than towels and coffee in the rooms they were kept clean and comfortable for sleeping.

It’s our first time at all-inclusive resort. And we really enjoyed our time at Krystal Grand. Very friendly staff. We celebrated my wife’s birthday during the trip and hotel staff( special thanks to Jose Saba and Ayami staff) went above and beyond to make arrangments and make her feel pampered. Thanks for the memories!
