Guest staying at either section have full access to all the amenities and facilities of both sections. Please note accessible rooms are only available in the Krystal Grand section and BelAir rooms are not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

Worst hotel in the Los Cabos area. They bribe you with excursions for a good review. Every good review here is bought and paid for for the sole purpose of increasing positive ratings. If you haven't yet booked DON'T DO IT! Gangster music blasting until midnight and nowhere to escape. Horrible drinks, filthy rooms and zero food options. Recycled hotdogs at every meal. Spend the extra $$$ somewhere else to be treated like a human being.

Adult pool bartender Pedro and others are great, awsome service, friendly, attentive to everything we asked for our needed. The adult section was nice and actually had no minors running around. The food at buffet needs so.e flavor but the servers were awsome i can recommend Pedro and company to family and friends
