Atmosphere the staff is absolutely awsome Violetta, Norma, Ismael, Bernardo , Jesus, Antony, Luis actually everybody were super nice and very polite I have a very good time here.

Everyone is SO friendly and accommodating! Love this resort!! It's our 2nd time here and looking forward to coming back. Kudos to Luis and Jesus at the pool bar! 5 stars! ?????

Luis, Jesús, and Bernando was one of the highlights of our stay at the pool. From the first day, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. He remembered drink orders, checked in often without being intrusive, and brought such positive energy that it made every pool day better. His professionalism and warm personality truly stood out and made the all-inclusive experience feel even more special. Luis clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. He is a huge asset to the resort, and we hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
