Another fantastic visit to this friendly property!

I have lost track of how many times I have visited this great place, but it must be approaching 10. To walk in the front door of a resort and approach the check-in counter and be recognized and greeted with 'Welcome Home', is the best way to start a vacation. The staff at Posada simply can't do enough to make your stay a wonderful one. One day I wasn't feeling very well and just wanted a plain piece of chicken for lunch and the person behind the counter in the restaurant was good enough to go and get one and cook it for me. The rooms are kept spotless and as the entire San Jose del Cabo area wasn't too busy at that time there was never a problem getting a Palapa on the beach. Quite simply, a very relaxing time. Looking forward to returning for another week in January!
Amazing experience

Amazing experience. Staff is very good at helping you get what you need, Luis was the best help we could get. Food was out of this world. Only thing I'd recommend is: wifi connection is very bad and the shower floor gets flooded, other than that, everything else was just perfect!
Our favorite relaxing and hospitable beach resort

An excellent all inclusive hotel on the San Jose beach. Great location, walkable to arts district. Very relaxed atmosphere All staff, no matter the role are friendly and helpful. A single kitchen provides a range of foods with nightly themes. The lounge is relaxed and friendly with excellent live local entertainment mariachi and marimba. An energetic and enthusiastic activity coordinator works really hard to give you a fun experience We’ve stayed 3 times, others have returned up to 8 or more times. Nice mix of local and north American and guests from Europe We plan on returning again.
1st time in Cabo

Great 1st time experience overall. Pool is cold. Food is great. Drinks are cold. Services were great. We don't tip daily and because of that, our services got less and less. This unfortunately determines our end gratuity and review. Otherwise overall a good experience.
A quiet visit

First, I want to point out that my visit wasn't typical for myself or the other guests at the hotel. I normally choose more active vacations (kayaking, biking, snorkelling, etc.) but this time I wanted a quiet vacation where I could do some writing. Other guests were more into sunbathing and less into exercise than me. This hotel was ideal for me for this trip. I had an all-inclusive plan, so I didn't need to think about finding good restaurant meals. I could just sit in my room (which was well lit and comfortable), or the hotel lobby or at the pool bar and work. When I needed a break from working for some exercise I could swim in the pool or go for a walk down the beach or over to the trail in the estuary eco-preserve. The staff were friendly; not all were fluent in English, but we made do. The buffet meals were good, with some variety in what was served. The pork and chicken were the best meats; fish was kind of dull, seafood was mixed. (The shrimp were excellent.) I had only two complaints about my room. The water in the bathroom only got hot on one day, but in a warm climate a lukewarm show is okay. And one very minor thing: the toilet seat was installed so that it wouldn't stay up. Peeing while standing up was a challenge.
