Great birthday trip

I loved everything about this resort. Young and old were there from young families to retired adults and everything in between. Service food and drinks we3re great. Highly recommend

We had a great time. The entertainment was top notch. Everyday they had different things planned. Team Tino, Daniela, Alexandra, Emiliano were fantastic.

After reading the reviews, I expected this place to have an overall good rating. Either the reviews are fake, or many people have very low standards for food. The food wasn’t just bad—it made our entire group sick. We were 15 people, and everyone got sick. Their café served basically the same food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That wouldn’t be a problem if it were cooked properly, but it wasn’t. If you’re vegetarian or only eat halal meat, you will starve. And honestly, the worst part wasn’t even the food—it was the staff. They were rude, dismissive, and didn’t seem to care at all when we complained. They didn’t apologize or try to make things right; they just looked at us like we were the problem. The food was constantly undercooked or overcooked, with little to no seasoning. If they ran out of something, it felt like they were just grilling or boiling whatever they had in the back. It also seemed like the “restaurant” was simply taking food from the café and reselling it. We even went to the sushi restaurant (zai ?) and there was only one sushi roll available, made with old white rice. The most frustrating part was how little they cared to fix any of it. When we spoke to other guests, they shared similar experiences. On the way back, our Uber driver even said that almost everyone he picks up from this hotel says the same thing. Don’t stay here—there are much better options.

Excellent food, attentive staff, and a wonderful ambience

The food was excellent, and the ambience was delightful. The entire staff was highly coordinated and ensured timely service. We interacted with Floci, Flor Cecilia, and Eriek, who demonstrated outstanding customer service and professionalism

TERRRRRRRIIBLE, A VACATION FROM HELL

DON’T BOOK THIS RESORT. This was hands down the worst vacation and travel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that nothing on the website is accurate. The activities, food, schedules, and so-called “family-friendly” promises are all false advertising. They do not accommodate Muslims at all or anyone with dietary restrictions. They do not accommodate special diets, period. The food is absolutely trash. None of the restaurants hold any quality. The fish is boiled and covered with a different sauce every single day to make it seem new. At the buffet, I personally watched staff scrape burnt fried rice and still serve it, and when food runs out they just put out whatever they have left without caring about quality or guests. The pools were freezing cold, completely unusable — especially for kids. The rooms were just as bad because there was no heater, making the stay uncomfortable the entire time. The activities are a complete lie. We planned our days based on the schedule provided and not one thing actually happened as advertised. Everything was canceled, changed, or never happened at all. Nothing on the website matches reality. There was no transportation to the airport, which added stress and extra cost, and they also offer no late checkout, even after all these issues — just a flat refusal. The staff themselves are mostly nice, but it’s obvious everything is out of their control. Management does not care about guest experience — it feels like they only care about making money. I highly recommend booking another resort, especially if you have kids. Do not let the kid-friendly advertising fool you — this place is not what it claims to be. Worst vacation ever. Save your money and go somewhere else.
