Zia Japanese Restaurant has very good food. Esteban is the best server. Very efficient. Best meal on the resort so far. Food was very fresh and good. They were willing to serve us without a reservation. One of the best restaurants on the resort. A must try.

We had such a lovely time at this resort. Service was excellent. Triana and Felipe at activities were so fun and were great with our kids. We looked forward to all the games with them. We always looked forward to the excellent service from Eduardo at the breakfast buffet and Eduardo by the pool. Lots of variety of food at the a la carte restaurants and buffet for supper. We even visited the restaurant Panchos twice. They were really good about accommodating my celiac child with gluten free options everywhere, but especially at the restaurants. Shallow pool spots were excellent for smaller kids. We didn’t experience any pushy-ness anywhere, just great service and a relaxing stay.

As always, the staff is amazing and welcomed us back like we are family. Alberto (bell boy man) is so warm, always has a smile on his face, and ALWAYS helpful and goes above and beyond. We appreciate him so much! Jorge was an AWESOME conceirge and even gave us new insider tips about places and things to do, and we have been here many times! Matias and Martin are our favorite waiters. They are always on top of their game and greet us happily every morning. Tamayo is a fantastic bartender. He's quick, nice, and makes fantastic drinks. I'm sure I have forgotten some of our other people. We love coming here. The staff is what makes our stay wonderful.

This is a review specifically for the member's only bar staff at the members only pool. Rossy was the best bartender and treated us great! Angel Captain was a very attentive manager and ensured the barstaff had everything they needed.! The after hours member's bar was great as well! He made great chocolate martinis and offered excellent educational information on the tequila making process.

Palma at Marco Polo was the Best. I would give him 100/10, great service!!! Would recommend his service to anyone. He was approachable, kind, compassionate, courteous and provided amazing service. Please go see Palma at Marco Polo at Royal Solaris!
