Socorro and Rosy are very good at the members bar in the new members area. Alberto, Omar and German are excellent bellboys. The kids loved the night time shows and the children’s area. Best vacation ever. I would highly recommend a vacation at this location.

Alberto (Bell Man) and the rest of the crew are wonderful. They welcome you with smiles on their faces and they definitely make you feel at home. The food crew is very accommodating and always checks up on everybody if they need anything else. Great Job everybody!

Best place to stay and relax. Service are good. Alberto(bell boy) is the best and very accomodating. Everybody are friendly and always ready to help. Adriana and nubia thank you for helping us out. I can’t wait to come back and see u all again.

We have a perfect time to relax , unwind and bond with family who live at 3 different continents! We love the Baristas Soccoro and Rosy, and our waiter , Uriel!! We will definitely come back here. Our room is always clean, fresh towels everyday. We are immediately attended for our needs. The food is superb! We definitely love the Rodizio by the pool! Perfect week! Next time more days of stay!

Aaron Verdugo was wonderful server … We really appreciated… kep up the good work Aaron …also we have to mention Jacob Jonathan … what a great Service he did for us … that kind of service every where in the resort makes you come back soon … We had a great 10 days … leaving today :(
