Staff were friendly with noteworthy service from Jonathan in the buffet and Ramon poolside. Rooms clean and comfortable. AC in common areas and restaurants struggled to keep up with mid 30c temps, the portable fans we brought came in handy! Restaurant food was good but perhaps struggling with staffing levels. Beach was gorgeous and appreciated the beach volleyball net, despite being higher than standard men's height, had a hose nearby to water it down. Pool party was super fun! We'd happily stay here again.

Everything was perfect except for the AC!! Theres no AC at the restaurants or lobby area!! The food is good, the service is great! The place is clean and beautiful. Be prepare to fight for chairs!!! There’s families that save bunch of chairs that don’t even use.

Great service from Captain Carolina very fast understanding and got us everything we asked for within minutes. This service was the best out of all the restaurants and she definitely deserves a raise or promotion because her service was outstanding.

My most ultimate favorite and the most caring and perfect personal are Lily, Janeth and Elisa. My honeymoon was perfect thanks to them. Solaris is extremely lucky to have such amazing women in their team. Great friends, great memories, all thanks to these beautiful ladies.

Guillermo provided us with fantastic poolside service! Very pleasant young man. The cucumber gin and tonic was very refreshing! Sushi is a nice option for lunch. Marcus was very efficient providing us with tasty sushi. Marco in reception was so kind and proficient and always remembered my name. First time at this resort.. beach is beautiful and the sun is hot!
