I have been going there every year for the past six years. This was my last time. Could not get water , food was horrible. The people that work at the hotel outside of guest services were great. I had an allergic reaction to a bite and had to leave my bracelet in the room. It was stolen. When I reported it they treated me as if I was making it up. After the 4th day of asking about my bracelet security started following me and my party all over the resort. Glad my membership just ended.

I’ve been a member of Royal Solaris for a year. We’ve been going to the Cancun resort for years and decided to try Cabo this year. Wow! Service was great, everyone was friendly, but my husband and I were very impressed by Yessyka and Sandy from the Spa. We got great massages from them they were attentive and took great care of us.

Wonderful atmosphere, very relaxing. The staff is very helpful and always give their best. The food was plentiful and good.

"We absolutely loved our stay at Royal Solaris! The staff here are top-notch. The front desk always called to ensure everything was perfect, and if there was ever a slight language barrier with anyone, they stepped in immediately to assist us.We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every single day. Our server, Laura, is an absolute star! Everyone works incredibly hard to make the guest experience amazing and smooth.We also dined at Panchos. The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. Our server, Erick, went above and beyond with his service. We also had a photoshoot with Tosin and Team at the beach. Thank you for your service and patience. Thank you all for a fantastic stay!"
