Love this place!

We had a fabulous trip and can't wait to come back! Clean and comfortable rooms, very nice pool and lots of great options for meals. Friendly staff and awesome service. We were especially happy with Jonathan in the breakfast buffet! He took excellent care of us every morning! We also love the new deli and coffee bar near the pool. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment, including the games and fun in the lounge. Already planning to return soon!

The workers at the Royal Solaris are exceptional. Namely, Daniel our poolside server, Uriel our breakfast and lunch server, and lastly Carolina, from guest services. These individuals take pride in their work and it shows. They are friendly, professional and go above and beyond. NOTE: overall rating does not reflect the workers, it takes into consideration the poor executive management, quality of food and beverage.

We were had an excellent time with Emiliano , Fernando, Ada at karaoke night they extended the time for all the group. At the pool we also had an excellent time with Alex, Daniel and Diana. Great time guys thank you for all your great work.

Jesus Fairdo has been my server all week, he is such a nice person and always smiling. He always makes sure you have what you need.

Excellent attention, the staff is knowable, with a client oriented focus and service. The members bar staff is specially friendly and talkative. 10/10.
