We always enjoy staying here mainly because of the employees ! They are all so wonderful ! The entertainment staff is great … especially Irving … also the shows are fabulous … the dancers are all great ! We especially love Fernanda beautiful person with so much heart ! Maggie and Lorena are wonderful too ! The waiters are so attentive …Palma , Lily, David, Eliza …and Manuel the manager . But there are so many more that I would love to mention but can’t ! Thank you for making my Mother’s Day so great !

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was good. They have a nice pool along with an adult pool away from the main pool. Chairs were at a premium when we arrived, but plentiful the last three days. The food was okay. Breakfast was the best, and it had a good variety. We made reservations at the Mexican restaurant, the Japanese restaurant, and the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant was the best among the three. None of us really liked the Japanese restaurant, and the Italian was good but not great. The people are generally all very nice. The drinks seem to EVERYONE to be watered down. Even if you ask for a double, it does not taste the same. For instance, we ordered a Jim Beam on rocks and took a drink immediately before becoming diluted with ice. It tasted like it had been sitting for 5 minutes. It was good for the money but next time, we will spend a little more for better food and drinks.

My wife and I just recently returned from our stay at the Royal Solaris Los Cabos, having stayed from April 30 - May 6, 2025. This was our fourth time visiting this resort, though we are not members of their vacation club. This is a great resort for families and for couples wanting a relaxed atmosphere! If you are looking for a party resort, which we were not, this is not for you. We love the size of this resort, it is not too big and not too small. We had a 2nd floor partial ocean view room, which, while not ocean front, did provide a very nice view of the pools and ocean. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There are many activities throughout the day around the pool, both for kids and adults, plus beach volleyball. The entertainment team members encourage guests to participate, but do not pressure you. The beach is extremely wide and free of seaweed and trash. The water at the beach is not swimmable however due to an undercurrent. Some of our favorite food items were: Chilaquilas, omlettes, fresh fruits and made-to-order beef, pork or chicken tacos for breakfast at the buffet restaurant. For lunch we usually had a few made-to-order tacos at Cafe Solaris as well as something poolside, where each day at 1:30 there was food available such as tacos, paella, or one day, a tequila tasting event. Made-to-order personal sized pizzas at Pizzalissima (the brick oven pizza stand next to the pools) are very good. At Marco Polo, the Italian restaurant, we especially enjoyed the caprese salad, the beef filet entree and the mahi mahi entree. The drinks at the lobby bar, pool bar and beach bar were all very good. We loved the Cafe Solaris (coffee & sweet shop), open from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. There are live shows in the theater almost every night; most nights these live shows are put on by the in-house dancers, who are all very talented. We enjoyed these shows more than the one night that the show was put on by dancers from outside the resort. Most nights after the live show ends there is karaoke, a DJ, or live music in the lobby bar. The employees at the resort are all extremely friendly and do all that they can to make your vacation special. A few of the resort employees that stood out to us were entertainment team members Irving, Alexandra and Filipe, dancers Lorena and Maggie, lobby bartender Noel, pool bartender Raul, and lobby bar waitress Janeth. This is a beautiful resort. It has a great location near shops and is very safe and walkable outside the resort area. The beach has a good frontage, is white sand and clean. The rooms are spacious and clean, although the furniture in the rooms can use new upholstery. Even with that i would still rate this resort as a 9/10. The staff are friendly and informative. Most speak English although also appreciate it when communicate in Spanish if you are able. America and Neymar were wonderful and need to be recognized for their customer service. The food options are excellent, from the 3 restaurants, to the outdoor snack bar to the outdoor pizza place. The buffet offers an excellent variety of high quality delicious foods and drinks and you are spoiled for options. Marcos provided excellent service and remembered your preferences when you came back. There are many activities to keep you busy and entertained if you choose them. Be it the Tequila tastings or poolside activities. Alexandra was amazing each morning in her stretch class and Filipe provided an excellent water aerobics workout daily...well worth it. The nightly shows were also excellent, especially the romantic show which had lots of acrobatics, modern dance and vocal talent. We will definitely be back and miss our time there already.

We had the most incredible deep tissue massages from Montse and Yessyka while on vacation — they were absolute lifesavers! Both my boyfriend and I have chronic back issues, and these two worked their magic. They were professional, attentive, and really took the time to target the areas that needed the most care. We left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and most importantly — pain free. They truly made our vacation that much better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real relief and expert hands!
