Max, Alfonso, Antonio, Adilene, Karla, Ramon (chocho) made our experience so memorable! The food was amazing, and there was so many activities to do on and off the resort. Security is strict to get in so you feel safe! 1000/10 would recommend

Amazing people good service food was good and beers were cold so o reall good times I have to write 200 word essay here essay. Sun is hot beach is nice waves are hard. Clean place staff is so good. Son says it was absolutely amazing and they treated us so good and pina coldas were so good.

Resort was mostly positive. Had a few minot issues being, our room was wrong at check in but was fixed next day. Didn't like the push to buy in as a VIP member. Had a large cockrowch in our room. But the positive was the staff was outstanding. Johnathan on the morning wait staff made mornings the best. Always there to help and made our mornings.much easier.

Great resort!! Not a fancy resort but the room was great, staff was SOOO friendly and attentive!! Ambience was nice!! Adult pool was great!! Beach area was great, really liked that there were lots of palapas!! Had no complaints about our stay here

When I was booking it was a toss up between this hotel and the Royal Decameron. The details on the resort looked good and I have been to Cabo previously to both towns. I took this one but I should have gone with first instinct and done royal Decameron as I have stayed at their resorts in past. Hotel was clean and room was good. As a solo traveller I only needed housekeeping once and that is usual hotel rules wherever I have stayed. Like many have stated the food does need to be stepped up in the buffet. The dinners regardless of what theme they were calling looked pretty similar each night and no real wow factor to any of it. Breakfast was usual offerings for most part but again no wow. Inside service in buffet, being solo I did not feel I was getting attention till I moved to outside in the mornings. Servers on outside were awesome and attentive, where inside getting a 2nd coffee was requiring a flagging a server. Location was ok and I was able to access supplies required at local Comer and Walmart. Restaurants were plenty and close by which I went to a couple. They tried the time share with me but being a frequent traveller to Mexico, I know usually how to sidestep them.
