Service and food was great! Food was delicious and service was prompt and quick! This was our favorite restaurant on the resort and would recommend to family and friends. Staff was accommodating for small children and entertaining. Definitely check this place out!

We came for a wedding and everything was beyond exceptional! The service and food was amazing. The cleanest resort I have been too in Cabo!! This place will not disappoint, lots to do and the pool and entertainment is so fun! The staff is as exceptional and the food was delicious!

The staff at this resort is top notch!!!! Right from when you arrive you are greeted by the bell hops Nicolas and Alvaro who are incredibly helpful and friendly. The servers at all the bars are super quick and make some great cocktails! Carmen who leads most of the activities is a delight! Somehow she seems to remember everyone by name and really has a knack for getting people up and moving!!!

This was out first time in Cabo. The weather was outstanding the whole trip. On arrival we were greeted from the staff and offered a beverage of our choice. We were shown quickly some areas around the lobby and information boards available for guests. Day two we had a presentation from Nora. She was absolutely stunning and great at her job. Provided excellent representation of the resort and what it offers. We spent most of our days in the Agave restaurant as my husband stays mostly out of the sun. We were first greeted by Cruz. He is an exceptional employee and went out of his way to have conversations and was kind enough to answer any questions we had. Other mentions for Agave are Richardo and Arturo. Benjamin for our steak dinner was a delight at Agave as well. We were in no hurry at all but the poor guy seemed overwhelmed that evening but was still a delight. The food all together here was top notch. Don Diego for breakfast and Mexican cuisine Enrique, Javier and Salazar took very good care of us. At Emillios we had a great experience with Xochil (I hope I spelled your name correctly. The chefs did an outstanding job. The rooms at the resort are cozy. Well, ours was cozy. We did book one of the smallest rooms. I was very disappointed in our terrace. It was only wide enough to just fit a chair, meaning no leg room or comfort at all so my husband and I could not sit out and chill with a drink , so if that is important make sure you check on that. I am pretty sure our room might have been the only one like that but cannot be 100% certain. The icy drinks had a funny taste to them. I wasn't sure if it was the cleaning solution they use, but the pina colada was very off. We took a trip into town and went to Cabo Wabo Cantina and they were normal there. Over all a good trip. Incredible staff, Incredible food.

This is our first stay with Sandos in Cabo. Having stayed with other resorts in Cabo and San Jose we were not sure what to expect. Now on our 7th day we could not be happier. Fishing was excellent (2 striped marlin) and excursions into town and surrounding attractions felt safe with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We used Uber several times and were not put off by having to walk to gate. Location of resort to Marina could not be closer. Staff were warm and courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There is an observed pride in working at Sandos amongst the Staff and it shows. My Son had a medical mishap while fishing to which Sandos Medical Staff treated with professional care and follow up. Rooms are super clean and modern. Beds are medium firmness. Moving from our high end memory foam to this mattress left no negative results. Night life at the resort is great with shows nightly. Many people were return Guests and have watched shows multiple times. They are really that good! The staff is appreciative of tips, but does not sway in their service if tip not left. As a group of 7 we chose to leave tip of $5 for breakfast, $5 lunch and $10 for dinner, $5 per day for room, $1 for drinks. We found the food to be top quality with much variety. Our Canadian bellies were happy. In all the hotels we have stayed at on Baja Sandos would be the best. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
