Another wonderful week at Sandos Finisterra. From rooms, to food, to pools, to grounds, to staff, everything was perfect. We enjoyed meals at all of the restaurants. Traveled with my sister and brother-in-law. Rooms we had were perfect as my sister-in-law has issues with walking and stairs. Nicki, the Manager, is wonderful and very helpful. A big thank you to Antonio (bellman), Leoncio (Agave), Omar, Luis (Whale Watchers bar). This is our second year of being there and they treat us like friend. Also, a big thank you to the front desk for honoring our room requests. We hope to return next year and can't wait. Thank you all!

If I could give a higher star rating, I absolutely would. This resort is stunning—something you can already see in the photos—but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the people. From the moment we checked in, we felt like family. Alberto and his entire team at Emiliano’s treated us like old friends, going above and beyond to make every moment special. Ismael at the VIP pool added to that experience in such a genuine way—it honestly felt like reconnecting with a long-lost friend. As Toronto Blue Jays fans, it meant a lot that Luis at Whale Watchers made the extra effort to ensure we could watch the games, even when it wasn’t easy. That kind of care doesn’t go unnoticed. Edgar, our butler, was also exceptional—he handled every request effortlessly and always greeted us with a big smile. I can’t say enough about the staff here. They didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded them at every turn. This was more than just a vacation; it was an experience we’ll never forget. We will absolutely be back. Thank you so much for everything ??

Christian at Don Diego was an absolute joy and gave us the best service. He is great at his job and made us feel like close friends . Don't lose that kind of service and we will be back.

We had a great time Edgar was our concierge treat us very well, great staff Javier, veronica just to name a few outstanding workers. I gave 4 stars in service since I ordered room service and did not receive it, but the next day the staff apologize and it was sorted out. Overall amazing experience ?? would highly recommend great shows. Delicious food, the white party is simply the best, great live bands, entertainment held in high regards, amaze at the humbleness of the Main manager of the hotel she was serving us food and very appreciative of her staff showing them recognition for there hard work. Will definitely come back again soon

The Finisterra is hands down the best 4.5 star AI in downtown Cabo! It has a fabulous location, beautiful pools, amazing service, delicious food, relaxing spa and fun entertainment. We come often and have so many staff to thank. At the helm, Gm Nicki, and Oswaldo are so personable with guests and always seem available for any issues that arise. The RE team take great care of us incl our concierge Edgar, Christina, Ana and Ivonne. Our thanks continue with the very talented bar staff, Ish, Luis, Francisco, Angel and Sosa! Our pool servers this trip worked tirelessly, Norma, Joel and Jose. There are 4 great à la carte restaurants and one with buffet. Btw, no need for reservations….rarely a lineup! They are run by personable managers, Miguel, Raul, Omar and Alberto who is so charming and aims to please every guest! The food keeps getting better every visit. A big shoutout to Jesus, the chef at Emiliano’s for personally making me special sauces for my steaks! I hope these are on the menu soon!??Thanks also to great servers, Javier, Poncho, Hector, Rodolfo, Gustavo, Samuel, Jorge, John, Ricardo, Mario , Yvonne and dear Yaz, Alberto and Veronica for breakfasts and lunches! Sommelier, Antonio, is a great addition to the restaurants too! Our mornings wouldn’t be complete without the best baristas, Nelson, Abel and Yas at the Cupcake Cafe, for lattes and yummy baked treats.?? Last, but not least, Zuly did a bang up job daily, on our room! And Paty, for pool towels and keeping the grounds so clean, daily! Thank you all so much…sorry if I missed you.
