Great if volume of food is your most important thing in your all inclusive. The resort is clean and they are always painting and keeping it looking nice. The time share push was a bit strong on arrival but they did not push it past that which was nice. Nothing is free. The staff are great but the hotel won’t covert Canadian to pesos or larger pesos for lower denominations. If you want to tip they suggest “you find a bank to exchange currency “ . No direction, explanation or help just go to a bank even though there is a large currency exchange sign at check-in. We have been to Cabo a lot but not enough to know where local banks are. The gold level is not worth the extra cost for the exclusive pool alone it’s very small. The view is great but you can get that from the free coffee bar area. The fridge in the room was not topped up the last 2 days one day happens but 2 days in a row is poor service. This hotel was on our list of spots we wanted to go since we stared visiting Cabo for 15 years ago because of the Sea of Cortez on one side of the hotel and the Pacific Ocean on the other side but we were definitely disappointed. It’s a solid 3.5* or 4* but great if it’s your first time in Mexico if the price is right. San Jose Del Cabo side seems a bit friendlier to Canadians. We won’t be back.

Had an amazing massage with Clarissa, Claudia, and Aimeth. They were beyond accommodating and made us feel so rejuvenated. The front ladies Airam and Gaby went out of rheir way to accommodate us as well!

Gloria and Edwardo’s ceviche class by the pool was amazing! So much fun and a tasty treat!

Beautiful resort! This was our 7th visit and they have really stepped up their food. Amazing staff that will take care of all your needs. Ismael at the VIP pool is the best! Special shout out to Sosa at the bar closest to cupcake where the show is. He is an excellent bartender, remembering our drink orders after only one visit, and very charming and professional! The pools were warm and there were always plenty of loungers. Our only complaint was the white party on the beach. It’s windy and chilly. Makes dinner an uncomfortable experience. Wish there was another dinner option that evening. The show was very good. Rooms were super clean and the beds were comfortable. Love this resort and can’t wait to go back!
