The hotel is very nice, yet lacks so much potential. When it comes to food very inconsistent. The only thing consistent is the buffet and drinks. Staff are very nice very kind. The place lacks utilization of its grounds and pool side. Entertainment would help improve the atmosphere. Poolside they have so much potential to make it the hot spot especially a rooftop pool. The food served to me very rare when I asked for medium rare I had to wait another 20 minutes when in most places would expedite to get it back to the customer. 40 minutes to wait for my steak unreal no sense of urgency then they bring it back to me well done! Sorry someone needs to step up in management to make this place better your losing so much money and potential$$$$$ what a waste. I know I won't be back anytime soon, you want food go to the marina! Safe bet... I asked for the check and yet had to wait our waiter disappeared he was more worried about talking to the girls where they were from, really? why don't you worry about my service and quality I'm not getting! Wow people spend money to have a good time. This is a reflection of the manager, heard quite a bit of excuses. At the end the waiter didn't offer to make it up to me or apologize! Really nice not coming back or recommending...

We stayed at Hotel Tesoro for 6 nights and honestly the location is spot on. Its close to everything and they have free parking on the premises. Our housekeeping helpers were Alexandra Goncatel & Camarista and everyday they did an excellent job in the room. Angel is the doorkeeper here and greeted us warmly everytime. We would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome location, great service and food is delicious. Armando did a great job. You won't be disappointed. The homemade salsas are spicy, sweet and delicious.

Service is excellent, the receptionst very helpful.. the bellboy 'Angel' is very kindful and the food is very delicious.

Awesome location right in the Marina, older hotel but very well taken care of. Great service, if you tip they’re even better and remember you. Maritza Gonzalez from housekeeping was really attentive and made us feel like home.
