Sparkling structure and excellent service from the bellman to the daily suite service. A special shout out to the Entertainment team of Enrique , Karla, and Mario. Also mochas gracias to the servers by the pool. Angel, Moses, Alessandro and others whose names escape me at the moment.

Great cooking class with Rene and Enrique. Lots of fun and very tasting tacos from scratch including making our own tortillas.

Raul did a fantastic Job tonight waiting on us at the Valencia Resort. He served us with Care and was one of the best Servers we had this trip at the restaurants. Food was Great as well.

Raul was superb! Our dinner was fantastic but Raul made it even better!! He was very attentive to our needs and was so on top of it! We will be back!
