On our first night at the resort we went for dinner to the pool restaurant, Coralle and we were so lucky to be served by Sheila. She recommended to me the seafood soup which was delicious by the way, and since I finished my appetizer bread, she offered more buns which went great with my soup. Sheila was very professional, pleasant and helpful with her suggestions.

We loved our time at Villa La Valencia. The service was top notch. We loved having Gerardo at breakfast; he was phenomenal, very attentive and anticipated our needs. We would always try to get seated in his section. Thank you for starting our day off in a great way, Gerardo!

We went to La Taberna, the food was amazing and more importantly our server Mario Diaz was incredibly accommodating. So much so that we went back the next night and asked for him again. Best service we have had in years. Additionally he made so many special things happen to help us celebrate our engagement. Thank you for being so great to the Hurt Family!!! Mario should be employee of the year at this hotel.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. From our concierge, Christian, to the invisible but efficient maids to the poolside waiters (Jesus, Juan, Pablo) to the restaurant cooks, we have been made to feel so welcomed! The property is stunning and seeing the baby turtles and whales is magical

Beautiful kept grounds , very kind staff , pretty good food . Cons : all inclusive food/drink option is too expensive at $450/day for 2 adults , 2kids. was crowded , pool chairs by ocean are all taken by 8 am , kitchen understaffed as food takes about an hour for ordering food by the pool at lunch , timeshare sales is high pressure , the timeshare sales team did not honor the promised ‘perks’ of a room credit if I did the 90 minute tour - this was very upsetting as I felt I was lied to . I will go back but I just will not go on a timeshare sales tour .
