The service was perfect. Check-in was easy. Whole side service was amazing. Thank you, Jesus and Alessandro for taking care of us by the pool. We loved sipping cocktails by the infinity pool. I love the lazy season and all the free activities we were able to participate in at the resort. My friends love the water aerobics and all the dance instructors were amazing. You made our time relaxing fun and allowed us to meet so many people from across the world that were also enjoying the amenities We love latitude that was by far our favorite. The entertainment at our patron restaurant is also great. We love the throwback show and the dancers. I didn’t think I remembered the YMCA dance, but it didn’t matter cause I laughed so hard with everybody else that it just felt good. And to our best friends the Bar staff especially at the lobby, bar —- Serving Irving, Orleans, Arturo and of course the manager, Carlos—-thank you for making it fun and bringing levity every day and night. Also, the housekeeping staff was straight on point. I did not see a candy wrapper a piece of trash or anything anywhere the entire week we were in town. The grounds were beautiful. Thank you also for having the warm Seat warm water bidet not only in our hotel room also in all of the public restrooms. I’ll see you next summer!

Karla was in charge of the daily exercise classes. She was amazing! She was always highly motivated and full of energy. The way she remembered everyone’s name even if she hadn’t seen you in a day or two was amazing. I highly recommend you enjoy one of her classes, especially the pool exercises. Great job Karla!

Everyone was very kind and patient with our large family. The resort was very clean and well taken care of. All of the staff worked very hard and made sure my family and I felt welcome. We were met by a smiling face from all of the hostesses. Cesar and Gerardo did an excellent job every morning at breakfast. We were also well taken care of by Jesus, Victor, and Max at the pool. I had a wonderful time with my family and am so thankful for this experience. God bless you all!

Excellent resort! Room was very clean, and the maid service was extremely reliable. Resort is very clean from the lobby to the restaurants to the pools and the landscaping. Four diamond rating is accurate no doubt. Food was very good with a wide range of items on the menu from four different restaurants plus the market. Restaurants and pool service were awesome, and the activity team were the best. There were a lot of activities that made our trip special and unforgettable. Special shout out to Enrique, Darwin & Carla with the activities team and Moises and Adrian at the Infinity pool for their great service and for making our trip fun and more than a vacation. We will be back and hopefully we see the same crew. Thanks for the wonderful time. Ken & Maria.

Our service was amazing. Cesar was a pleasure every morning at breakfast, so attentive and genuine and kind. Gerardo was also great, making us feel so welcome. Sergio, Max, and Jesus were great poolside... always a smile and so efficient and patient with our large family. We will miss them all and can't wait for next time.
