Tranquil and Relaxing Resort- Beautiful Grounds!

We had an incredible time at Zoetry! We love the small boutique feel of the resort. No buffets for breakfast or dinners. Even lunch can be sit down, a la carte, by the pool or on the beach. A couple of days a week there is a buffet by the main pool in addition to the seaside restaurant and table service by the pool. This is a resort for relaxation! We were happy to see that the two main pools are both heated. The unheated pools on the property were chilly. The resort is very comfortable. Incredible quality of room service too! We had the all inclusive plan and we felt very spoiled. Most of the week, there was a bottle of white wine and champagne in the wine fridge in the room, snacks in the room daily and our room bar was well stocked with sodas, juices and water. Between the two of us, we had 6 items laundered a week at no charge. One neight a week, they have a Mexican fiesta with entertainment in the courtyard, another night, a Brazilian Steakhouse in the Beachside restaurant with entertainment. Plan on catching up on your reading, or enjoying your partner or family. There are children at Zoetry but just a few and they were well behaved. Yoga was offered twice each morning and aqua aerobics once a day at noon. There were several activities that we didn't attend incuding a wine and cheese party and a tequila tasting. The sports bar had the football games on that the Americans wanted to see. This was our second time visiting this resort and it won't be our last! Zoetry is a quiet, quaint, well-appointed resort designed for relaxation. The staff is extremely attentive, and service is quick and excellent. The menus (including room service) are extensive, covering every dietary option. The entire resort is clean and well-kept. From check-in to check-out, we experienced nothing but friendly and fast service. The property is well-maintained with gorgeous plants and landscapes. Every area is cleaned constantly to keep it gorgeous. Our room's balcony overlooked the pool and the ocean. Early each morning, the pools and paths were cleaned, the covers on the lounge chairs were changed, and the beach was combed and cleaned. All of the food was fantastic. The broad selection made making decisions difficult ;) The liquor is top shelf, and the house wine selections are delicious. There are just enough activities (Spanish and blackjack lessons, yoga on the beach daily, wine and cheese tasting, and tequila tasting, to name a few) to keep you busy if you desire. We enjoyed the taco bar at the pool for lunch one day. And no one bothers you at the pool to join any activity. One major benefit not listed anywhere is how excellent the gift store is. You could go with nothing and buy it all there. It's open from 7 AM to 10 PM. There is no need to take sunscreen or Yeti cups! There is a beautiful selection of clothing and swimwear for both men and women, and they have a large variety of Maui Jim sunglasses (and less expensive brands, too) and hats of all types (baseball to cowboy). Do not hesitate to book your trip and enjoy every moment of peace and quiet!
