Loved the setting, disappointed in food and service

All-inclusive translates to lower-quality food and service. The Zoetry restaurants were disappointing and it was nearly impossible to get poolside service. Plus there were only two sets of lounge chairs on the beach.

Zoetry was just what the doctor ordered. The customer service was top tier. Benjamin the concierge made our stay exceptional. The resort is breathe taking and serene.

Exceptional dinner on the beach!

Planned a prearranged meal for our family on the beach. Food and service were amazing and location was beautiful!! Lazarus made sure our experience went off flawlessly. Highlight of our trip!

This might just be our new favourite resort

My wife and I stayed at Zoëtry Casa del Mar Los Cabos from November 13th to 20th, 2025. Our week there exceeded our expectations in every way. This is a very interesting resort. Although there are only about 60 rooms the resort has many buildings as it shares its grounds with a timeshare/condo company. Menus at all the restaurants and bars include prices since these people can eat at the restaurants. However, despite this, we never found any restaurant or bar to be at all crowded. In fact, we never had any trouble getting a table anywhere. Speaking of restaurants, there are two main restaurants. In addition, food is available at both the main lobby bar and the pool bar. The menus at all locations were massive and we had no difficulty finding something new to eat at every meal. The food at all of our meals was well spiced and delicious and the service at all locations was helpful and friendly. The bar staff were equally friendly. My wife and I both like Tamarind Mezcalitas and the ones at this resort were the best we have ever tasted. Like all AMR Resorts there was a Coco Café for coffee and snacks and the one at this resort was by far the best we have found. The coffee was good and the pastries were top quality. They even had ice cream which is not normal for Zoëtry resorts we have visited before. Our room was excellent. Good size, ample storage, a nice large bath and separate shower. We had a large patio overlooking a pool for the building with a nice view of the ocean. The only downside was we were in the farthest building which was largely timeshare or condo guests and, not being part of the resort, they basically occupied the pool the entire day. Next time we visit we plan to book an Ocean Front room which will locate us in one of the two buildings by the main pool. Zoëtry resorts suit our lifestyle perfectly. They are quiet and not focused on the party crowd. That said, they had lots of activities throughout the day. We particularly enjoyed the tastings and the wine and cheese party on our final day. My wife used the spa twice for a nice relaxing massage and was impressed with the facilities and the staff. All of the resort staff were efficient and friendly. There were also little extras like emails thanking my wife for visiting the spa and an email on our last day thanking us for our stay. Rather than having to contact the concierge to ask them to come and pick up our luggage, they called us the day before to arrange a pickup time. Small details, but much appreciated. The lobby at the resort was one of the most relaxing and beautiful ones we have encountered. I spent many an hour with a good book relaxing in the lobby. The fitness centre was a bit small but we never had any problem getting the equipment we wanted to use. As for negatives, I can’t honestly think of anything. We will definitely be back to this resort.

Yahir and the entire staff were so great! Greeted everyday and make sure we always had what we wanted or needed. The best customer service.
