Yahir at the pool at the Zoëtry was so attentive!! He was phenomenal at bringing us water without asking. Whatever we needed, he was on it. I truly appreciated his kindness, his professionalism and his humor. He was fantastic!!

We have had the best time here at the Zoetry. The service is phenomenal and the views are absolutely stunning. We have spent every day down by the pool and had the best service from Yahir! He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond for us! We will definitely be back and hope to have Yahir as our server again!

Our stay at the property has been amazing. We took a girls trip and Yahir at the pool has provided the absolute best service. If you’re staying here and spending time at the pool, definitely ask for him. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Beautiful relaxing and romantic. Exactly what we wanted. Facility was well managed. Very clean. Spectacular views of both sunrise and sunset!

Beautiful resort, wonderful workers that take excellent care of us. Especially Yahir around the main pool, Marcos and Karim activities directors have also been fabulous. I would highly recommend this resort! Just beautiful, and also Whales out in front of our hotel are a big plus!!
