Our experience at Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos was overall satisfactory. There were both pros and cons during our stay. The room was exceptional, most of the staff were friendly and inviting, the food was great, the grounds and views were picture perfect, and the overall vibe of the resort is quiet and relaxing. The spa, UVC, and housekeeping staff were exceptional! Check in and check out process was seamless! The pool and beach service was quite slow. We had to flag someone down often for simple things such as water. We were told that something special would be done for our anniversary and this did not occur. There was a wedding party of 60 guests who were noisy most days. The service staff seemed to prioritize them at the pool bar and restaurant (including beach cabanas) which was disappointing. Despite their large party, there were still loungers with umbrellas at the pool which was nice. The service remained subpar once the large wedding party departed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort to anyone wanting a quiet and tranquil experience. I would lower expectations regarding pool and beach service regardless of hotel census.

Food is amazing, service, options for food superb. Mari is the sweetest and most accommodating server…can’t wait to see them all again soon!

Absolutely loved it. Beautifully maintained. Room was beautiful and very comfy. View was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is a wonderful resort if you want the all-inclusive experience without the party atmosphere. The resort is small, quiet and relaxing but still has activities to participate in. The dining and bar options are limited but that is just fine. They are sufficient to meet the guests needs and all were very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always seemed willing to help make your stay enjoyable.

"VIVENZIA" vacation club was purchased with the staff/management at this hotel. We bought this for 8K and have had nothing but problems. The club website does NOT WORK! Customer service is non existent. DO NOT GET RIPPED OF BY THE MANAGEMENT HERE! We are out the 8k with nothing to show. Yes I am a FOOL for trusting them Stay far away!!!!!!
