I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews. So I’m just going to talk about my experience there and you can take my experience and make your own informed decision about staying there. When we first got there, the staff was extremely welcoming, the staff there is amazing. I was not aware that the hotel did not have elevators and we were staying on the third floor. Had I known I would’ve asked for a lower level floor. The pool bar closes at five but they do last call at 4:45. The food is hit or miss there are only two restaurants on site which is fine. I am used to staying at hotels with more of a party atmosphere. I have never in my life gone to bed as early as I did there. We actually ended up going into the city three or four times during our stay just so we would have something to do. It was $50 there and $50 back and then we had a Private cab that the hotel arranged and that was $280 so it was very expensive. Also, we wanted to do an excursion and every hotel I’ve ever stayed at the concierge has set that up for us, but in this case they did not, and they were wanting us to go to the excursion desk to set it upand I did not like that. My husband cut his toe on the shower door it’s made of glass and we actually had to go to Walmart to get some medicine for him. going back to the restaurants, they are very slow. We waited typically around an hour for our meals after we ordered I think if you were looking for a place to relax and a quiet hotel this is the one for you however, this hotel is not for us. It’s pretty much a Ghost Town after 8 PM.

Suar by the beach huts was phenomenal! Excellent service and he was so friendly. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed when relaxing by the beach. Definitely have to stop by and see him when at the Zoëtry resort (Saltwater restaurant).

What a great trip to Zoetry Casa Del Mar in Los Cabos! We enjoyed our quiet resort! Our favorite thing to do at the resort was rent a Bali bed for a day. Suar was the best! He got to know us, had a great smile, and the most wonderful service! He told us about the area, the resort, and made sure that we were truly comfortable! We saw him throughout our stay and he would always great us. Because of his great service we booked another day. Suar is great at what he does!

Enjoyed the laid back, quiet atmosphere. Staff was excellent in ensuring needs were met. All were very pleasant and helpful. David, Antonio and Jessica were all great. Would enjoy a little more varied menu and or restaurant choices for food. Understand with only a couple of choices that you cannot be great at providing something that everyone will enjoy.

A very relaxing and refreshing week, just fantastic! The service throughout our stay was top notch across the board. Pool bar service was fantastic, the lunch/snacks at the pool were great, especially the tuna tartare. Bartenders Juan, Luis, Sergio, and Ivan took great care of us. Food was mostly great, only had a couple items I didn’t enjoy. Eating dinner by the beach at Saltwater is absolutely wonderful. Room service was excellent, we ordered in breakfast every day. Room was beautiful, well cared for and always restocked. We had upgraded to a Junior Suite Oceanfront room. Loved it. This is a not a party resort, which was perfect for us. Never crowded anywhere, never a wait gor anything.
