The entire staff was so welcoming as soon as we arrived. The lobby area smelled amazing. José at the pool was especially accommodating. I would recommend this resort to family and friends for sure.

All of the help at Zoëtry are so fun and extremely helpful. I have never seen a group of workers truly put effort in trying to make a great experience for the visitors. Jose at the pool took care of us and was amazing as well as the others made us feel welcome. Thank you again

Jose at the pool was the best! His service was always fast and efficient with a fabulous smile. It made it a pleasure to stay by the pool and have him take care of us!

I had the best time. Everything was taken care of for you from transportation, cleaning, food, activities and all the staff around the facility were super friendly. If you do any activities, Marcos and Karim are so fun to interact with. I would come back and do it all again in a heart beat. Plus the facility is very big and not crowded so the whole expedience feels very private.

Incredible resort. It is really an incredible resort for couples. We went here for our 20th wedding anniversary and it far exceeded our expectations. The thing that makes this location so much better than others is the food. We really enjoyed what they had to offer. We made a point to go off resort for a dinner at Flora Farms. As good as Flora Farms is, we felt that it was one of the weaker meals that we had during our trip. And Flora Farms is really good. That’s how much we enjoyed the food on site.
