Noisy and uncomfortable.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful however the 1960’s style room air conditioner was extremely loud and we had to turn it off to get to sleep even with ear plugs. The pillows were like rocks that left me with a bad neck by the morning. The noise from other rooms having normal use of their bathroom etc was also VERY loud. Honestly a holiday inn express would offer a much better experience for a lot less money. Though the location was good I would recommend you try a different hotel Last time I was in Moncton I stayed at the Chateau Moncton and it was much nicer but my husband wanted to stay with Delta.

Stayed in July, then February, returning from long international travel. Cozy, clean, quiet, excellent staff, 24 hour room service. It's a holdover from days gone by...in a positive sense. Hopefully as they update the hotel, they will respect the original design, which was and is excellent.
Not worth the money. Dirty, dated and gross.

This Delta hotel hasn’t been renovated in what must be over 10 years, or the rooms are poorly maintained. Carpets are gross, room is dirty, couches sag, dented desk and other furniture, bathroom is only big enough for one adult to stand in, tiles in bathroom are grimy and attempted to be fixed with poor caulking, shower water pressure is nonexistent thanks to cheap shower heads (that are partially clogged), AC doesn’t work well, hotel hallways are dimly lit and low ceilings, and you can hear absolutely everything from surrounding rooms thanks to air ventilation system that are wide open. There are only two elevators for a large and busy hotel, making the wait lines long on sport teams stays. The downtown location is great, but the room views or surrounding air ventilations is less than superb. Front desk staff are not overly patient or friendly. Overpriced for quality of the room. Stay somewhere else, like the Hyatt or a Hilton.
Delta Hotels: Where the Only Thing Clean Was the Lobby… Kinda”

A lobby of false promises. Halls like a meat grinder, rooms like a crime scene. Hair, mold, mystery stains. A gel nail souvenir. Bird crap on windows, chaos at check-in. Free apps can’t fix this. Avoid. No amount of “free breakfast” can wash off the grime. The room’s small enough to make you question your life choices. The only thing decent was the view of disappointment. Run, don’t walk, elsewhere.
Revolting, stay at the Hyatt

Rude staff, incompetent, can't read, not considerate. Floors dirty, room had hairs everywhere, AC didn't work, phone didn't work, pool area revolting. Horrible outdoor parking. Restaurant was overpriced and food inedible. Plow this place under
