Ideal Location

mismanagement (Toronto, Canada) on May 27, 2022

City centre, easy access to city and surrounds. Very clean room, pet friendly, although again a charge (??). Good size rooms, comfortable beds and Delta bedding, very nice. Welcoming staff, interactions friendly.

Nice Stay

Karla M (Toronto, Canada) on May 11, 2022

We arrived in Moncton on a very late flight from Toronto in early March. By the time we got from the Airport to the Hotel it must have been just after 2am. There is no Uber in Moncton so that took a minute to figure out a taxi at that time in the morning. When we got to the hotel, there was a woman trying to get in, screaming and shouting at the staff. They handled this situation with grace but firmness that she leave the property. Check in was a breeze as nobody else was awake at that time! Room was bright and spacious, bed comfortable and towels were a good size. We didn't eat there but had a drink at the bar and the bartender (we can't remember her name) was so fun to chat with. Location of this hotel was 5 star, but the downside is you do have to pay for parking as you are right downtown. Security for the building is very good, access cards are required for the elevators. We were happy with our stay here.

Great Location Noise Travel Through Vents

DonnaVL (Kingston, Canada) on Apr 24, 2022

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and it has so many great features like close to restaurants, easy parking, friendly staff, comfortable rooms however, I am writing this review because I have had the same issue on my past 3 stays. The hotels vent system is dated and you can hear people clearly in other rooms. It is not a muffle or slight noises it is like they are in the room with you! Unfortunately, at times, you can hear EVERYTHING and this time I had to get up and leave my room at 6:30 am because I needed to get out of the room. I have been advised that a permanent repair is being considered however, nothing has been done. If you are needing a good night sleep or a light sleeper you may want to consider staying elsewhere.

Swing and a miss!

blairtobin on Feb 19, 2022

This location is excellent as it is in the city center and close to many restaurants, bars and other activities. The staff was very attentive and check in was easy. However, for the price, the rooms are outdated, uncomfortable and inadequate. By comparison, the following night we travelled to St. Andrews and stayed at the Algonquin resort. A very prestigious and well appointed hotel with incredible service, amenities and rooms. All of this for a cheaper price and a far superior room. Oh and parking is free at Algonquin. It is unfortunate, as we enjoy Marriot/Delta hotels but Delta Moncton falls incredibly short.

Great price and comfortable

553lornah (Mississauga, Canada) on Oct 18, 2021

Staff was friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable. Pool was clean, a little small (no diving or laps). Italian restaurant in lobby had great food, and decent pricing. Room had a shower but no tub, tub was available upon request. Visited on a Sunday night in October, during covid. Not a lot of area restaurants open on Sunday nights. Room has small fridge (no freezer), parking was $13 a night. Right beside the arena. Great place to stay, highly recommended and great price.
