On our way to Quebec, we stayed one night. Lovely stay. Perfect as we have to have a one bedroom. The suite was clean and orderly. Quiet for being in the downtown core. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed here 2 nights in June 2025 while waiting for our rental car. We had a chance to visit with family so all was not lost. The hotel was very clean and superbly comfortable, and it had one of the best walk in shower stalls I've ever seen in my life. It was separate from the sink which is much appreciated. The bed was super comfortable, and all was very clean and spotless. Included with our stay was a delicious buffet breakfast, very well stocked. I would highly recommend it!

We have stayed at over 35 Residence Inns in Canada and the US. This hotel is one of the tops on the list. The unit is immaculate as is the hotel in general. Service is excellent and when we asked for a few extra items for the kitchen they were brought up immediately.The pool is a nice size and the exercise room is well equipped with wipes and towels on hand. There are two grocery stores very close by. There are many restaurants on the main street which can be busy so it is better to get a room at the back if possible. Parking is paid, either outside or inside. Breakfast is plentiful. Everything is perfectly taken care of with no stains, chips, or torn anything. We were helped on the phone by Raul and were warmly welcomed by him as well when we checked in.

We enjoyed a 2 night getaway at the residence inn Moncton and we found it to be a great stay, the location is great,close to restaurants . We had a one room suite that was perfect for us, the kithen area had a full size fridge,utensils as well as small dishwasher. The room was clean and while we were out for a couple of hours the housekeepong staff gave the room a really good cleaning. The front desk staff were all very friendly as well. we will be returning again and would reccomend this property to friends.

Check in was super friendly and fast (according to my husband). He didn't get the name of the person who served us but he was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. We had a great view of the water. For the price, to get a large fridge, stove and dishwasher (including utensils and dishes) is great. Everything was quiet. Breakfast in the morning offered both hot and cold options. We've stayed in Moncton many times and I would definitely say you get great value and service.
