The most subpar resort I been too

I recently stayed at Rose Hall Hilton and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience overall. While there were some positive aspects to the visit, several issues detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay. Firstly, the room itself was smaller than depicted in the online photos, which was a bit of a letdown. Additionally, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, which made for an unpleasant atmosphere, especially when using the restroom. The air conditioning unit in the room was particularly noisy, resembling the sound of a roaring lion, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. A few maintenance issues also stood out. The ice machine was out of order, which was a minor inconvenience, and I noticed hard water stains on the showerhead that gave the impression of mold. In addition, there was a leak in the ceiling of the resort's main lobby, which was concerning and added to the sense of neglect in terms of upkeep. On a more positive note, the resort’s candlelight dinner was a lovely touch, though it was somewhat misleading as there were no actual candles. That said, the food itself was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

Fantastic experience! The staff was truly amazing everywhere, and all the entertainment, the well-kept grounds and very clean rooms and facilities exceeded expectations. After reading some of the reviews on here I was curious what it would be like but I can assure - those are quite picky because it was an awesome experience for our family! Thank you Hilton Rose Hall!
