Diamond member and HGVC owner. Return with adult sons after destination wedding at this location 27 yrs ago. Welcoming hospitality of staff, great food, amenities, entertainment and accommodations were great. Disappointed in lack of attention to detail when it came to maintenance and general upkeep of the dated property (leaky roofs, dirty pool cushions/ beach cabanas, worn/cracked/mossy tennis courts). Loved Mario at the tennis center and free tennis clinics. Highly recommend building out the tennis and Pickle ball programs. Downloaded ap but it was useless in making dinner reservations.

The food was amazing but more local selection and jerk hut accessibility would be appreciated. Hose keeping was great nice pillows clean rooms nice toiletries and lots of towel security was very professional and helpful. The coffee shop staff except for a few needs to be trained in customer service at client rapport. Did not like the fact that I upgraded my room only to be told at checking it was not available that was not okay. The front desk had all type of excused. Need more beach and pools. The hostess and the regular young man in the game room was great he actually took me for tour of the resort which I would say he went above and beyond with a smile I would say this young man enjoys his job. Thanks to all the wonderful people who made up for the check-in staff blunder.
