Iberostar Rose Hall is now open and running with its familiar hospitality and flair for excellence. The staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I visited from December 13th to 19th. A winter getaway that was as enjoyable as imaginable. Will be visiting again.

The beach was just as expected. Beautiful sand and turquoise water. Most of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We have always loved the JOIA Iberostar breakfast buffets. And all breakfast was good, but the music was way too loud every morning during breakfast. It seems to be a pattern in JOIA Rose Hall as the music in the lobby bar is also way too loud every night. It was most difficult to carry a conversation with friends due to the loudness of the music. I have tried to ask the DJ to turn down the music, but the DJ would turn it down for 5 min, and then turn it back up. Highlights for us were the butlers (Ralston; Rennardo; Gary) for our suite. They were always attentive, available, pleasant, and go out of their way to make our stay most comfortable. Our housekeeper, Sharon, was amazing. So hardworking, thoughtful and reliable. One negative experience during our stay was the Italian restaurant reservation. We waited an hour for our table because the hostess had forgotten about us. It was 9pm before we could get into the restaurant to have our dinner, and we were starving.

Ralston and Gary were wonderful butlers and they helped with room service, making a bath, ironing etc. Not to mentioned, Barrington is a guest service and gets you all check in with a smile. My vacation was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend JOIA. Their top tier staffs definitely takes it for the win.

My stay at Iberostar JOIA Club was incredible, but what truly made it unforgettable was the service — especially from Donovan, Mellissa and Shellisa. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth, professionalism, and kindness. The entertainment Crew- Angel and Twinkle ?? are super stars. The concierge at the club were all so efficient especially Britney. The Butler Devon and my ambassador Valentine always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Every interaction was amazing just too many names to list. They all remembered small details, made everything feel effortless, and consistently made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The food was outstanding and I’m a very picky eater. The Italian restaurant was my favourite. Because of all of them, we’re already talking about coming back in a few months — and recommending Iberostar JOIA to everyone we know.
