From bad to worse

Here are just a few things that went wrong: - no hot water throughout the stay - rude staff - no face towels, no hand towels - then NO TOWELS at all; had to ask for towels and was often told, we don't have clean towels available - noisy - often screaming on a mic - food would run out and would not be replenished - always a LONG line at the front desk - NO elevator at all - if you have health issues don't stay here - grown men flirting and trying to get numbers of 13-14 year old girls

Amazing ! this was one of the more budget friendly all-inclusives in the area and we loved it. traveling with my daughter 10 and her mom and my son 2 with his mom so a blended family and we could not say enough good things about the resort. all the rooms had an ocean view (amazing) and it was on the small side but we loved it and staff so nice and food was great! the hotel was built 20+ years ago and the weather was a bit different back in the day...the main buffet does not have air-conditioning but a lot of fans so not that bad but good to know if its on the hotter side and you dont like the heat. Please remember it's not the fanciest hotel but for the money...we loved it ! close to the airport and we took a taxi to the airport when we left as the bus left so early so don't be scared, just talk with the Secuity in the lobby at the entrance and they will help you out. my ex and daughter did have an issue with the air conditioner the first night but it was fixed the next day and did take a bit but they did their best and very apologetic so it was not a deal breaker...it happens !! all the staff seemed to be helpful when you asked but it was hot so some facile expression's may not be upbeat and cheery but when you say hi or good morning ...everyone seemed happy and always seemed genuine with a response. we all had a great experience and would for sure go back. thank you from Toronto Ont.
