Not what I expected. Disappointing

Hotel is old and dated. Room was dirty. Beach was hard rock with a bit of sand on it. Food was good. Some staff were rude. Very small beach. Limited swimming area. Would not go back or recommend.

Kerry-Ann at the preferred bar was fabulous! She laughed at my corny jokes and made me feel special. Her and Dr. Phil at the piano bar took great care of us. Also, AJ the performer sang so well, I fell in love again. She needs a record deal yesterday! Sasha our beach and pool server was always available and helpful. Jermain and his staff at the Hibachi restaurant and our chef was hilarious! Adia the Butler was very welcoming and helpful even though we didn't have the private service.

Beautiful experience, this is my second stay for a birthday celebration. Enjoyed every minute of it. Can't wait to go back.

Great stay at Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay. Entertainment was awesome every night. Food also great with a lot of variety

Great resort to stay at close to airport with all amenities. We stayed in preferred swim out with butler. Duran the butler is the best. Ask for him if you can and tip well at end. He booked everything we wanted and provided cooler of drinks on beach daily. Prepped our lounge chairs also at beach and pool
