So happy we chose this resort. It was so amazing. First time to Montego Bay and the beach was so beautiful. Great pools, restaurants and we walked to sister resort on same property and used pools there as well. The staff could not be nicer. We cannot wait to go back!

Firstly, my room was never cleaned during my entire stay. I only received turn-down service once, and that was upon my request. This was the only time my bed was made. Additionally, I paid extra for the preferred service, but it seemed that anyone could access the preferred dining area and building. This undermined the exclusivity I paid for. The preferred pool was supposed to open at 10 AM, but on one of the days, there was no waitstaff available until after 11:30 AM. Furthermore, the pool’s filter was not turned on until 11 AM, which was quite concerning. I also saw a cockroach behind the omelet station, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable

You are checked-in quickly and provided with an overview of all the activities and amenities to begin your most memorable vacation ever! The resort is worth every single penny! They will satisfy your every request! I wanted a snapper over pasta that was not on the menu and magically it was prepared! Kenroy from Portofino delivered! All of the employees are professional and delivered services with dignity, respect and courtesy! They go beyond the call of duty to ensure you are satisfied. You will not be disappointed with the amenities, turquoise beautiful beach, scrumptious food, and huge array of top shelf libations, numerous restaurants and the entertainment is —Whatever it is that you are searching for awaits for you at Sandals Wild Orchid Montego Bay. Although, my first time it will definitely not be my last! This resort offered a perfect balance of relaxation and things to do. My friend and I are not huge partying people.. we both love being in bed by 9 haha. But the resort offered plenty of things to do into the night and felt super safe. It’s extremely convenient to the Montego Bay airport, only about a 15-20 minute ride with views of the water pretty much the whole time. There’s plenty of variety of food and drinks, and the resort was extremely clean. It smelled amazing the second we walked in. They clean the walkways every night so you never see excess dirt or sand where it shouldn’t be. We had the best time doing NOTHING but sitting out by the bay and the pools. Great entertainers, great employees. We loved it.

Great food, drinks and people, wonderful clean beaches and pools! The staff Is wonderful, everything is accessible, and I had an overall special vacation.
