Laquinta from Gaylord Opryland and Convention Center

Elmer L on Dec 13, 2025

LaQuinta, an Environmental Specialist in Public Space/Housekeeping at Nashville’s Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, was absolutely wonderful during our stay. She took the time to really listen to what our group was looking for and provided clear, helpful information along with several great options on things to do in the area. Her knowledge, friendly attitude, and genuine care made planning our day easy, stress-free, and memorable. It’s rare to come across someone so patient and willing to go the extra mile, and LaQuinta truly made a positive difference in our experience.

Nice!!

726nathaliew (Palm Shores, Florida) on Dec 04, 2025

Valet, bell, and front desk service was 10+. Couldn’t have gone better. I was a walk inn and got a great deal. Room was clean. Cozy and beds very comfortable. Very quit room given this big building. The negative was the high cost of food, the gift shops and anything you wanted to purchase. In addition the atrium very well decorated for Christmas was very very dark . Couldn’t hardly see - perhaps make that area brighter.

Opryland Thanksgiving Lunch 2025 - NOT ADA COMPLIANT & WORSE FOOD EVER

Stephanie D on Dec 01, 2025

Every year my family and I cook Thanksgiving. This year we decided not to cook and looked into the Thanksgiving Feast at Opryland Hotel, Nashville. It was a bit pricey but we have always had a good experiences in the past. WORST mistake we have ever made! The advertisement showed it being at the hotel and even recommended paying $29.00 plus taxes pre-parking. The first 2 e-mails I received showed it was at Opryland Hotel. The last e-mail I got showed it being at the golf course. We got there to find that we didn't have to pay for parking at all and for 3 families driving in from out of state/immediate area that was $31.83 per family for a total of $95.49 in parking fees not needed. We were sat at a table directly in front of double doors going outside where they had a bartender set up on the patio. It was FREEZING and those doors were being opened A LOT since the bar was only outside, none in the dining area. The food was a hodge podge of items that made absolutely NO sense. They had salad bar, cheese bar, peel and eat shrimp, which was all fine but then you had breakfast food line with soup, chicken tenders, corn dogs, tots, etc. then you had some thanksgiving items. There was not one single item we ate that was even luke warm. Everything was cold. Cold mashed potatoes are NASTY but cold sweet potato casserole is even WORSE! Ham - no flavor AT ALL, prime rib w/red wine, no flavor, coffee - COLD (and I love iced coffee but I expected HOT coffee), you had cold coffee, water or unsweet tea to choose from and if you wanted a coke you had to get it from the outside bar and pay extra. So that is the run down of the overpriced food and parking that you didn't even have to pay for, and didn't get a refund of the $29.00 pre-parking that you didn't need. HERE IS THE WORSE PART OF THE EXPERIANCE!!! THEY WERE NOT ADA COMPLIENT!!! My 87 year old mother in law has to use a walker. Yes they had an elevator for her and yes the bathrooms were ADA compliant. However, the tables were not set up ADA compliant at all! The tables were all set up so close together that people had an extremely hard time getting around each other. We had to fold her walker up completely flat to squeeze through and then had to physically carry my mother in law to the table!!! They had way too many tables squeezed into the dining area. If there would have been any kind of emergency, people would have trampled each other to get out because there was not enough room. SHAME ON OPRYLAND FOR NOT MAKING SURE THE DINING AREA WAS ADA COMPLIENT, SHAME ON OPRYLAND FOR MOVING THE EVENT FROM THE HOTEL AS ADVERTISED TO THE GOLF COURSE AND FOR SERVING GUEST COLD FOOD. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AND NOT WORTH $108.00 A PERSON! I WAS SO UPSET THAT I RECOMMENDED THIS TO MY FAMILY. NEVER AGAIN!

Lines and more lines. Dirty rooms - not serviced in three days.

Stephanie B on Nov 30, 2025

Do not stay here. Lines everywhere - lines to check-in, an hour wait for breakfast, half an hour wait for just coffee, long lines even for the ticketed shows, an hour wait for a luggage cart (nevermind your room is a half mile walk at least). If you leave, be prepared for at least half an hour in the drive/parking lot to try to get back. Our room was dirty when we arrived (thank goodness I saw the random pills on the floor before my kids did). We stayed three nights and the room was never serviced - no emptying of trash or fresh towels. Broken elevators, out of service escalators made getting around an already packed/complicated place even more frustrating. We do 50+ nights in hotels a year, and this ranks at the very bottom.
