From check-in to check-out was Amazing. AnaKay is a definite plus to the Hedo entertainment team, very approachable, very knowledgeable and just an all around great personality. We really enjoyed her during the pool activities and she even stopped by during checkout to say goodbye and take a picture with us. Thank you AnaKay can’t wait to see you again.

Young couple here and we LOVE Hedo…we’re only going to travel here for our international trips - until we’re a bit older :) Garfield is an awesome person and great tennis pro. I recommend you take lessons from him. Rayan is a super friendly waiter in the dining area. Kadisha made my girlfriend’s spa experience fantastic! The entire staff at Kama Sutra are genuinely very interested in learning a bit about you and very passionate about teaching you their craft! The snorkeling guys were super funny and made that trip a memory forever as well. Only thing we’d recommend are a couple different playrooms as options. The one now is a bit intimidating to walk into. I think a newcomer playroom could go a long way. Or playroom with age restrictions…or a playroom with a more chill vibe. We’ll be back asap as everything was 5 Stars!

This was our second trip there and I got really sick and had this painful spasm in my side, so my husband visited the onsite nurse, who said I needed to go to the hospital. She said the resort recommended the Montego Bay one, an hour and a half away, plus a $300 cab fare. She said they take insurance, but they did not take my insurance. So we spent the cab money, took the tortuous bumpy hour and a half drive while in severe pain, only to end up having to pay $1500 before even being seen. Meanwhile, there is a facility 10 minutes away from the resort that we could have gone to, except the driver wouldn’t have gotten his $300 fare and the resort wouldn’t have gotten its kickback for the hospital. We felt scammed and they had their own financial interest in mind, rather than my health and well being.

Certainly a fun place. Some themes are tired where people don't even dress up, especially the guys. Most of the waitstaff are wonderful. Food is very good with plenty of options and good spice. Problems: 1. The audio level during shows is frankly idiots turning up the volume. They are making multitudes of people deaf. The volume is so loud that you can't understand the speech as it is so resonant. 2. The front desk is as arrogant as ever. Ms . McDonald won't answer questions, she will just turn away or start talking with other staff. 3. Overpriced excursions and taxis. Just walk past the gate and there is a line of taxis. We went to town one day and Benta River another for 1/2 the price. Even if you can afford it, why get gouged? Standard taxi fare to MBJ airport is $100. WHy pay Hedo $150?
