Clean, Customer Service was Amazing and the Location was Perfect! We will be back next year or sooner. We had a 2 Full Size Queen Bed, and 4 people stayed in there comfortably, plenty of space for our bags, and views were amazing. Very clean and we will be back! The location again, hard to beat, everything was within Walking distance, rockefeller center, central park, broadway plays, time square, bryant park, and the 50 St Subway to head downtown to China town is a block away. Loved Our Stay!

This is a brand-new Hyatt Regency with a solid physical product. The room was modern, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Location is exactly what you’d expect for Times Square — central, busy, and convenient. Where the experience fell short was in the handling of World of Hyatt Globalist benefits. While my status was acknowledged, complimentary breakfast was limited to a grab-and-go offering only, with no restaurant breakfast and no alternative compensation provided. When I raised the issue, I was told this was simply how the property operates. Hyatt Regency is not an exempt brand, and consistency of elite benefits is a core reason many guests remain loyal. I hope Hyatt addresses this, as the hotel itself has strong potential, but loyalty recognition needs to match brand expectations.

The location is great, you turn the corner and you're already in Times Square. Good, fast service. Spacious, cosy and clean room.

This hotel is literally next to Times Square and broadway theatres. It’s a very busy area so be prepared for long queues for anything. The hotel room was spacious with comfortable beds. Our city view from the room was amazing. The bathroom had issues, flow of water minimal, temperamental hot and cold water, the toilet didn’t flush. Maintenance was called and they fixed it asap. It’s a very busy hotel so reception will always be busy even if you have a quick question. The restaurant/ bar wasn’t opened at all times which was a downside when all you wanted was a cup of tea.

Rosa was truly amazing to us. When the heater in our room didn’t work, she immediately upgraded us to a warm, beautiful room with incredible views. She is so welcoming and sweet, and made our stay feel special. Between her kindness and the stunning Christmas décor, my sisters and I will definitely be coming back.
