Great place for your NYC experience! Right by multiple subway stops and you can walk to any Broadway show. Our room was 42 floors up and silent, no noise whatsoever. The staff was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Plus, everything was spotlessly clean. My family loves it!

love the hotel. great location with entrance onto Times Square and more safe/private driveway entrance underneath. adjacent to Broadway theatres but not overly loud. bedroom and bathroom on 46th floor were outstanding...much bigger than your typical NYC hotel. clean and furnished nicely. late checkout is an outstanding benefit of membership. the only complaint as someone who looks up to admire architecture...the first 5-6 floors on the street side are really shabby compared to the buildings around it. the interior is nice, but it would be easy to think it's old and out of date by looking at the exterior shape.

Perfect location - exactly what we needed during a short NYC trip. The only downside was that the sundries weren't available to purchase all day - only in the morning. Wasn't a huge inconvenience though, as a CVS was right across the street.

Location, Location, Location!!! This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Times Square, which provides a fantastic starting point to explore the city.
