Great place to stay

Everything was great. It was even quiet in our room at night. The only thing I had a problem with is the tub we had in our room was peeling in multiple places and for the price of the hotel I would expect everything to be in tip top shape.

Toilet was clogged when checked in The next day, room wasn’t cleaned, contacted staff at least 3 times and then had to walk down to the front desk to get it done. The last day of the stay was a nightmare.

I booked to bring my mum on a birthday trip to NYC. It was really tough to find a decently sized room in NYC that fits 2 beds with enough space to move around and Hyatt Regency ticked all the boxes. Great location with multiple exits onto either Times Square itself or onto quieter streets, we were upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise and the room was modern, clean, spacious and super comfortable beds. Outside noise was not an issue given how busy the area is the noise cancellation in the room was great. Bryant Park, 5th, 6th avenue all walking distance, Rockefeller, Central Park and great food spots nearby!

Very good location. Perfect in everything. I would give 5 ?? ?? Rooms clean housekeeping very good staff. Front Desk very polite and helpful ??

Best location close to the center and to the Subway. Very nice staff, especially the security team, who always welcomes you with a smile and is happy to help. New and clean rooms.
