No hot water in the room. Asked to fix it and was told that they would but never did. Needed to re-schedule my meetings just to take a shower in a different room.

Wonderful experience! I traveled with my two teenage daughters. The location was out of the direct hustle and bustle of Times Square, but very close. The location to subway lines was super convenient. This hotel is huge, but there was never a wait for an elevator. There were ample elevators and they moved very quickly. Our room was LOVELY! The rooms are spacious! Everything was extremely clean - from the elevator, to halls and especially the rooms. There are very few double queen rooms in NYC. We had a large window overlooking the Hudson. The room climate control worked well and we were very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and larger than I was expecting for NYC. Our housekeeper, Sophia, was excellent and went out of her way to make sure we had ample towels and waters. The lounge offered a great happy hour and had good food. A welcome break from going out in the cold. Street or hall noise was not an issue for us! The rooms seem to be very well insulated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This is a great hotel for families, couples or anyone traveling on business.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, making it super easy to get around. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being in Times Square. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!

I expected a seamless stay. Within 10 minutes of checking in (flight was delayed and I arrived late, was tired) front desk called me at my room to flag I left a bottle of wine at the restaurant. This was an error and I promptly informed them this as I had gone straight to front desk upon arrival. I am not sure how I still got assigned that erroneous charge but it still appeared on my folio and required numerous follow ups with the staff to get it removed across 3+ days; this was frustrating and not the seamless stay I hoped for. Daily water not refreshed (something critical for me when returning to the hotel in the evenings) and basic things like toilet paper replacement not done by housekeeping. Globalist breakfast is OK but lags behind other Hyatts in the area that offer a full service option. This was a terrible stay by all accounts. While I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past, I will not be back.
