I am a Hyatt Globalist and very loyal Hyatt Guest, but found this hotel to be a massive disappointment. For starters, they sent us to a room with a broken window -- that let in hot air and traffic noise. There is no coffee available in the room at all. The only way to get coffee is to stand in line downstairs. The breakfast arrangement is poor: as a Globalist, you have to stand in line to get "grab-and-go" breakfast. But to top it all off, we found a $40 "service charge" quietly added to our bill when we checked out. Very sleazy!

Beautiful hotel, large room, great views, great location! The bathroom was very modern with great amenities. The shower was the perfect size with very good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and there were several usb ports on each nightstand.

Great bargain for large room. Much better and bigger cleaner hotel compared to other brands. I will stay there again. Pricing reasonable value for what you get

The air conditioner did not work and the hot water did not work the entire time good luck taking cold showers here. Manager didn't care when i reported the issues.

I asked for late check-out because my flight was at 5 and it was going to be a rainy day. The lady at the desk said the hotel is full, so she can't give me late check-out. I went to my phone to see if I can get a room in the hotel for the day. She claimed it was sold out, but there were TONS of available rooms. I'm shocked at this cheap trick and I'm honestly very disappointed.
