We LOVED this hotel. The location couldn't be any more perfect. We requested an early check-in and they easily accommodated us. It is close to subway entrances. You can see part of Times Square from your room. Very highly recommend.

Great location and value for money. I loved the place and surely I will be back. Worth it stay! I will definitely go back with my family and I will refer this place to my team and business partner. Good place for business talk and vacation. Also great place to spend time with family. Location is very close anywhere.

We had a corner room, and it was amazing! Can't beat the views! Staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Hyatt Regency at Times Square was wonderful and the value can’t be beat. I was a little worried about being in the heart of time’s square but it was perfect to access the subway and everything we wanted to do, including broadway shows. Rooms were clean and beautifully updated. Large entry way to remove those dirty shoes as soon as you enter! Check in was smooth and friendly staff. We needed a late check out and they were easily able to accommodate us. Beds were very comfortable! Housekeeping were thorough and so kind. The staff at the street level were able to get a car for us to take us to the airport for cheaper than Lyft/Uber and it was already there. Erhan at the bar was great - we thoroughly enjoyed him entertaining us all day during the blizzard.

Perfect location and nice facilities. The rooms were a good size. Staff was very nice and hardworking. A workman who came to check on our AC/ HEAT was super nice and looked like Robert De Niro!
