Sandra was amazing

I came with North Carolina A&T on a financial tour. The concierge Sandra was the best host, this was my first time in the city. She gave excellent insight on how to commute from place to place. She even recommended some spots in Jackson Heights queens for some great food. This hotel was a very good experience and I look forward to returning.
Superb location

Location is bang on Time Square and unbeatable … perfect for anyone who wants to shop, eat and have fun in the theatre district. All the large shopping stores are walking distance. Service is good and the staff is very helpful.
Not worth the money

We got stuck in NY on a Saturday night as our flight home was cancelled and ended up paying $700 for the privilege of staying in this hotel as we could find nothing else. For the money it really was not worth it. The rooms are tired almost shabby. No fridge in the room, not even any water. My bed was also quite lumpy. There are virtually no facilities in the hotel either. A coffee shop during the day and one bar the does not open til 5pm. With the money they charged? Absolutely not. We stayed at the much newer Margaritaville down the road which was way nicer than this and much cheaper.

One of the most amazing experiences ever this was our first family trip in a hotel and from the moment of our check in with Victoria Martin everything has been a truly memorable time. Our room had the views of times square. Location literally in the center of it all. Staff at Crowne Plaza treat you like family customer service is always available for anything you need. Definitely coming back. Thank you for this experience!!!
Terrible treatment and disrespectful management

My wife and my daughter came all way from overseas to NYC, and the booking was made with my wife's card. After arrival she tried paying with card and card got blocked due to limit allowed by bank in Egypt to pay in dollars. So she offered to pay in cash as its emergency and its same card name she booked with. The manager was so disrespectful and told her go check another hotel. Imagine a woman and her 7 years old daughter after 12 hours flight and she gets that treatment. I tried to talk to the manager on phone to explain the situation and he refused to talk to me and my wife told me he acted like he is not listening on loud speaker....she went to another big hotel name and they accepted respectfully understanding and accepting to be paid cash instead of letting them sleep on street.....very unprofessional and disrespectful management...
