I used a points for a fun weekend in NYC and loved this property. Outstanding location. Excellent room on the top floor. I thought the property looked rundown on the outside because of all the new glass towers around it, but it did not feel old inside at all.

You can't beat the location! It's right in the middle of Times Square, walking distance to most of the Broadway theaters with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable, and considering that it's in a very noisy area, it was pretty quiet. The room had a couch but no desk and chair, so there wasn't anywhere to do work. The staff was very friendly and extraordinarily helpful with a check-in snafu that we encountered. They could not have been nicer! There's a nice cafe with standard breakfast items available. My only complaint (other than the lack of desk) would be that they don't have a plan for food delivery. We ordered something through DoorDash and had to wait a long time for an elevator, so the delivery guy was gone by the time we got downstairs. The security guards hadn't let him go up the escalators to the hotel, and because there wasn't anywhere for him to leave our delivery, he just left it on the floor against the wall – and somebody took it! Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and the location is really perfect.

I highly recommend this hotel! The location right in the heart of Times Square is extremely convenient, especially if you are interested in attending Broadway shows, or getting to nearby Central Park or Lincoln Center. Calm, clean, professional, and trendy atmosphere, and very helpful staff. I couldn't believe how quiet my room was throughout my stay, and it felt like the most spacious room I have ever had in a hotel in Manhattan. Overall, an outstanding choice!

Great location! It’s easy to get to restaurants, bagel shops, and shows. The hotel feels safe and is just a short walk from everything. We were very happy with the room, amenities, and staff. The hotel bar was a great spot to relax in the afternoon, and the drink prices were actually lower than those at the surrounding tourist spots.
