We had an amazing stay at Beaches Ocho Rios. The staff was extremely welcoming and hospitable. You all have real GEMS in Sashae and Mikale. Sashae is the BEST bartender I've ever encountered! Her personality shone through her work. We loved every minute our time with her! Our kids really gravitated toward Mikale and ultimately fell in love with her. She is the most genuine person with the biggest heart. We wanted to bring her back with us! Mikale decorated my sister's room with flowers, balloons, and champagne as we were there for her 10yr vow renewal. She did and amazing job! Her efforts will forever be appreciated!

This was one of the best trips ever!! As soon as we got off the bus we were greeted by Mikale. She took the kids right away to the game room while we checked in. The whole trip she was amazing and went above and beyond for the family. She also decorated the room on own her for my sister that was there renewing her vows. (It looked great) She is definitely one of a kind and I see she loves what she do. I’m glad we had someone like her that treated us just like family.
