The front desk person, David was so welcoming and kind! My room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, from high-end hotels to economic lodging, this was the absolutely cleanest room I have ever experienced! I stayed 5 nights and it was very quiet and the air conditioning worked perfectly! I wish the shower had a handheld fixture and stronger water pressure, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker! My checkout with Briana was fast and professional! She was so kind to take photos of my sister and myself by the knight in the lobby and laughingly gave us paper crowns for our photos! I will definitely stay here again and it was a lovely experience all around! Thanks so much!!!

Great customer service. Staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. Rooms are big and spacious. Great water pressure in the shower.

This hotel is our favorite place to stay when going to Disneyland. (We have tried 3 others on the same street in the past) This is the last one we tried and we will never book any other. It’s a half a block from the entrance and a quick drive to the nearest Target in case you forget something. Location isn’t want brings us back though. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the rooms are clean. It’s not a luxury hotel but it is CLEAN and while they keep a retro castle theme, you can tell that they maintain and renovate often. The front of the hotel was getting a facelift while we were there and you didn’t hear any construction noise. It absolutely did not affect our stay in any way. This is a great option for your Disney trip.

Once again this hotel room was clean, had everything we needed and staff were more than helpful. Love that they let you park your car in their lot so you can go to Disneyland at the beginning of the day. We arrived at 8am and our room happened to be ready so we were able to unpack the car before heading over to the Park.

The Castle Inn and Suites is the most comfortable and quiet hotel that we have stayed at in recent years. It’s our home away from home. Family oriented with staff that are like family.
