Very Clean and helpful staff

The hotel was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The only complaint was about the front desk. I arrived early and I knew I could not get a room until later, but I asked if I could be called or sent a text when that time would be. Six and a half hours later, I received a call from the front desk asking if I "was going to be checking in today." I said that I had been inside the building since 9am and was just waiting for a text to check in. I was informed, I could check in. I went to the front desk and there four people working behind the desk. The two in the center of the counter told me that the two ladies on either side could help me, but they were busy. I just told the guy that I was just called from a guy who said I should come up and check in in now...the guy said, "Oh, that was me, so I can help you." The entire staff beyond the front desk was extremely helpful. The catering and set-up staff were wonderful, helpful and immediately willing to help.

Randi was incredible!

The bartender Randi was the best we’ve ever had. She pointed out all of the amazing things to do, the dirty martinis were wonderful. She sang to us and was incredible & very charismatic. The fact that she sang our song it made the day even more wonderful!!

Worst hotel room

The hotel bath room was pretty filthy for anyone to stay there, is was an inconvenience for me and my friends. I truly believe that the hotel didn't take the customer satisfaction at all. The mangers should know my experience here so it will not happen to anyone else.

Customer service whack

Customer service bad. The blonde white woman called me 2pm asking if I’m coming and what time. I said I am coming what is the earliest I can check in. She said probably 2:30 your room be ready. So I show up at 3pm she telling me oh the room isn’t ready and check in 4pm. Total bs. She says I will give you a call once room ready. I come back 40min later she checking people in. 2 more stuff there I go to the man he gives me the room key. I don’t know what have I done to the blonde while lady to be racist to me. Definitely not coming back.

Not a good option in Anaheim, stay elsewhere

I found the price ($249 per night + taxes) not equal to the value of this hotel. This hotel screams 90’s, everything is brown, gold, orange or red. The elevator was very slow, equally from the 90’s. The couch in the room was very worn and cushions very flat. The bed inside of it was not usable. We felt every spring of it. There was a hard wired internet line which no one uses anymore. Shower head was broken so didn’t work properly. Housekeeping was not consistent. Sometimes towels were refreshed and sometimes not. Bottled water in the room wasn’t refreshed. Every other Hilton I stay in refreshes water every day. Look in the immediate area for another option, dont stay here. There are tons of hotels within a few blocks and the convention center.
