Always a pleasurable experience at this location. I will 100% be staying here again.. this is my preferred hotel when I’m in the area. The location is great and staff is always friendly, professional. Just an overall fantastic experience.

Our family originally planned to stay here a year ago but had to cancel due to pregnancy. Despite that, the staff remembered us, and so we came back once our baby was old enough to travel. We were greeted with gifts for our infant! The hotel provided a crib for us to use. We stayed for several days, and I appreciate that the dining staff tried to make variations on the breakfast items to make it less monotonous. Staff were very friendly and I especially give kudos to Vanessa. The location is near Disneyland and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, where you can use the ATR to go to Disneyland. If you choose to walk, its about 20 minutes. The rooms are not exactly the newest but not old either. I really liked that they had a larger than expected fridge, which really helped with storing all the baby food! Beds were comfy. You can also see the Disney fireworks from the hotel too.

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Yadira and Ofelia were super nice. I asked for bacon and they brought out a plate. Asked for more hot chocolate packs and they brought it out. Front desk staff were super helpful and nice. Very nice stay. Nice beds. We would definitely stay again.

Good value and walking distance to Disneyland. Nice buffet but would of liked a la cart instead of buffet only for $21. A couple issues, it was nice there was a fridge and microwave in the room, however the fridge compressor switched on and off loudly during the night, I had to unplug it. Also there isn't a single USB port in the whole room, there are 110s near the bed and desk, but bring your own converters. It would be nice to have USB ports!

It was a nice stay. Not fancy at all. Note that even though it is built like a Holiday Inn Express, it is a regular Holiday Inn so you get no free breakfast. In fact, the buffet breakfast is $16 per person so factor that into the price. Parking was $23 so another thing to consider. It seems pretty close to walk to Disneyland but with the one-way streets, you have to drive much further down the road and make a U-turn. Not a bad drive but further than you think. I will consider the Holiday Inn Express a few miles away next time.
