Overall the experience was really great. Staff were very helpful and polite another thing that was good was the pool it’s heated and that’s a plus specially if you have kids. Rooms were very clean but it was just one thing that stood out and it was the tv channel #9. It was showing adult shows. Something that should be looked at because they’re kids in the hotel other than that it’s a good hotel to stay at.

It was unfortunate that a complimentary continental breakfast with coffee was NOT offered. It’s something I’ve come to expect with IHG resorts. It is conveniently located to Disneyland. Would recommend for families and those wanting access to restaurants and stores

Cute frozen themed room! Great little restaurant in lobby area. Walkable distance from Disney. Great price and value.

Hotel was nice. Only problem was upon arrival there was no electricity from an accident that occurred. We left and returned 3 hours later to find there was power in the rooms but not the lobby. We went into our rooms and had power. But during our four day stay we had no card for the pool, splash pad, side doors, or the back door where the rear parking was. We were the last room in the back of the hotel and it was very inconvenient having to park on the far end of the hotel and walk to the front of the hotel with our children and items back towards the back of the hotel. Also our cars were almost towed because we were not given the tags that I guess we were supposed to receive upon arrival. We woke up to letters saying they would be towed. The hotel was nice and I would go back but definitely was very inconvenient during our stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful , The bedroom was nice and clean and the beds were really comfortable. the Keurig coffee machine was awesome. The only thing. there was no hair dryer. Also the buffet was really good.
