Great time

The housekeeping staff was very accommodating and always had a great, friendly demeanor. They made our stay very enjoyable because they always greeted us with a smile. The pool area was very clean and the towels were replenished very often. Being so close to Disneyland saved us a lot of money in parking fees.

Room for family, but not happy with the condition.

We always stay with IHG because the rooms and service always our expectations. Unfortunately this location missed the mark and what we expected. We were disappointed that complementary breakfast was not included in our $1800 room for 6 people. The same breakfast that we get included at other location, we had to pay $22 a person here.

All in all it was great. There were a couple of grumpy employees and our conditioner was actually shampoo but otherwise great. If you buy the breakfast package don’t wait too long to go get it. If they run out of food, you do not get despite paying for it.

Awesome stay!!

Nice comfortable rooms, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion helped, were awesome and of Dove brand, friendly staff, check in and check out was quick and easy, clean lobby, 24 hr fitness, pool Was a good size, close walking distance to Disneyland!!

Towels are dirty

On our 2nd night of stay, we got a supposedly “set of clean” towels, but one of them had a red stain possibly blood! I immediately called the front desk it notify them of the issue, the person who answered the call stated he would have housekeeping bring a clean set of towels right away yet it took them over 1 hour to show up. The next day, I brought the towel to the front desk to show them the towel, I asked her if there is a note from my call the night before - there was none. She did say I will be receiving a call from the management within 2 - 3 business days to address the issue - again no call back after a week later. She NEVER APOLOGIZED about the incident. Both of the personnel NEVER mentioned their name - I guess don't want to get associated with the lack of communications they claimed to notify the managers.
