Holiday

Stayed in two bedroom suite. Very clean. The shower room was huge with a separate toilet, also walk in wardrobe. Bathroom was good, had an over shower and toilet . Decor a bit dated but the rooms were spacious. Only downside no safe, no kettle or toaster, as we found the restaurant a bit expensive, but next door was a petrol station which also had items such as bread, ham etc. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Would differently stay here again. We are from UK.

Location is Great! Staff was friendly!

This hotel is very close to Disneyland and was fine for a one night stay. After one night, we walked to Disneyland Hotel, where we had a reservation for a week. The hotel was very dated and needs a renovation. The carpet needs to be replaced with hardwood and the bathrooms need remodeling.

Good Location For Disney Parks

Steven B (Miami, Florida) on Apr 03, 2026

Great location for Disneyland Parks. It is a quick 10-15 minute walk to the park entrance and right on a busy area with lots of dinning options if you want to stay away from the park. Room was good and clean. Only real complaint is the rooms facing the highway get a bit of highway noise in them. Not too bad with the A/C on. Otherwise a good stay. Staff were very nice as well.

Ask about parking fees upfront if you have multi cars

Joseph F on Mar 22, 2026

Great location for us since we used to live across the street, but the experience was disappointing. We pre-booked two rooms and were never told about the $26 parking fee until I specifically asked—then both staff members laughed when I questioned it, which felt unprofessional. We had a third car from a family member joining us for dinner, and because of the parking situation, we had to park that car off-site just to eat together at the hotel. The lack of flexibility was frustrating, especially after a long moving day. Also, the shower didn’t work and there were no instructions. I called the front desk five times with no answer and had to go downstairs at 2 AM—turns out it was a simple fix that could’ve been explained with a note. Overall, poor communication and customer service. Be sure to double-check all fees, especially parking, before booking.
