The bedroom area is fine, but the bathroom is both dated and unsanitary. We came back from an evening out, and went to take a shower only to find the tub was coated in someone else’s hair.

Great location. Right outside of Galaxy's Edge and the parking garage, making for a kind of secluded location in the midst of the city. Easy access and parking. The room was noticeably older, but the entire building (#4) was also being remodeled so any issues are already being addressed. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Very quiet, even on the second floor near the elevator. Since we were here to be at Disneyland, so left early and got back late, having a quiet retreat was so nice. I look forward to seeing how the remodel updates takes a good place to stay and makes it even better with updated outlets and other more contemporary helps.

The location wasn't too bad because it was on a shuttle path to the parks. Still walkable to the trams if you opt for that but the walk back at the end of the night is hard. Room was actually clean which I appreciate because my last hotel at another place experience was a nightmare. We were placed in a room by the entrance of the building on the first floor so I could hear everything when people come in and out and when people talk, but I didn't mind this time because I was only in when I was going to bed. I appreciated the laundry room and services offered and it saved me during this rain. My only note was that my friend called the front desk for help, but the staff talked too fast and when my friend asked them to repeat it again, they told her to wait they had other customers to help and put her on hold. She was sitting there for a while and they never got back to her so she ended up hanging up.

went for disney and the staff added to the experience of excellent customer service they have a bus that takes you to disney which is really handy if you don’t want to pay for parking or deal with after/before park traffic would recommend !
