The value of this hotel, being right across from the park entrance and the amenities they offer is hard to beat. The breakfast provided really helps out with more than enough healthy snacks to take with you. The coffee was good to power that morning Disney run as well. The service was great with quick turnaround times for cleaning our room. The staff was responsive and helpful whenever we needed them. The WiFi worked well too.

This is our second time using this hotel. It is the absolute closest to the Harbor Blvd entrance into Disneyland. Clean room with plenty of space. We booked the 2Q with pull out sofa bed. I believe their ataff take pride in their work. Everyone very friendly. Free hot breakfast with dozens of choices. Very clean and excellent staff in the breakfast area. There are stairs to the breakfast area next door and staff will bring food to you if you are unable to use the stairs. We love this hotel! Totally worth it!using! They also have scooter rental company right in the lobby. Clean scooters with long battery.

Great hotel. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, friendly staff and right across the street from Disneyland. Universal studios is fairly close. Many places to eat near this hotel

This hotel is the absolute closest you can get to the Disney entrance. It made it very easy to go back to the hotel for breaks. the hot tub was great but it’s right beside one of the hallways and practically in the parking lot. The staff lacked any kind of enthusiasm. The hotel is old and you have to walk down dark exterior hallways to get to your room. The room itself was old but clean. The two biggest negatives for me were the so called free “breakfast”. Do not be fooled by this. It is in the building next door to the hotel up a flight of stairs, with no access if you’re in a stroller or wheelchair. Yogurt comes out of a machine, and they served frozen eggo waffles with tiny slices of bacon. It was so bad we couldn’t finish it, it ended up in the trash. We never went back. We were there from Thurs - Sunday and paid $1760 Canadian. Obviously you are paying for location so they can get away with a terrible breakfast but for that price I expect way more.

The hotel is perfectly located across the road from the main Disneyland and California Adventure park entrances. The hotel is a just about average and the rooms really do need a lick of paint and a generally update to make the place more family friendly, brighter and less dingy. That said, it is standard for hotels in the area (they're not great but adequate). All of the staff encounter were very pleasant and there wasn't any problems with the room albeit the mattress was a bit too soft for our liking. We wouldn't stay again but if I was a family on a budget I can see the appeal.
