Great Location Clean Rooms

ArizonaTravelerGal (Chandler, Arizona) on Jul 24, 2026

The location is perfect, right at the crosswalk for Disneyland. This is great for grandparents who need to take a break midday and rest up a bit when Southern California heat is at its maximum. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The pod coffee maker in the room has my favorite donut shop coffee. Vanilla and standard creamer pods are available in at lobby coffee machine and in the free breakfast room. My only slide concern is that their rooms are very dark inside, and this does not seem to be location dependent as my childrens' families' rooms were also dark. This is a minor thing as most of our activities were during the day and out of doors. The front desk staff for the most part is very kind and helpful. Liked having the end room microwave and refrigerator. (no freezer) and although expensive the small grocery shop in the lobby is convenient.

Best, closest hotel to Disneyland.

DisneyFan1951 (Wenatchee, United States) on Jun 26, 2026

We’ve stayed at the BWPPI numerous times over the years - always our first choice when visiting the Disneyland parks. It’s THE closest hotel to the parks; closer than any of the Disneyland resort hotels and far more reasonably priced, even with the steady rate increases we’ve experienced the last several years. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is ideal before starting an active day in the parks. My only gripe is that there are no recycling containers provided in the rooms or on the property. This is very important to us, we recycle at home and in fact brought a bag of our used plastic bottles home to do that!

Say goodbye to a peaceful night sleep here

michaelamcgrady (Los Angeles, California) on Jun 02, 2026

The hotel has some pros: close to the park, spacious rooms, clean. But the cons are crazy. The walls are paper thin. All the rooms face out to the street so not only are you hearing so much intersection noise but every person walking down the path to the front, rolling their bags, kids screaming, parents yelling- you hear it all like it’s happening in your ear. The lack of sound proof is most evident when the Disney fireworks go off. You will hear them like you’re right there. Understandable when you’re that close but for there to be zero sound proofing in this hotel- that’s crazy. The pipes make tons of noise. If someone flushes a toilet a 20 rooms away you’ll hear it. Random banging on the walls was going while we were there. We did not get a decent night sleep our entire stay which made a full day at Disneyland difficult, The staff was nice, rooms were fine, but I would highly recommend finding a newer hotel even if it’s a bit further away. Also parking is $20 a night. Absurd!

A Excellent Place to Stay. A diamond in the rough.

This hotel is amazing. It has spacious rooms and daily house keeping beds are super comfortable. The free breakfast was very good. There is even a Togo option. I was impressed. You will always see the house keepers cleaning or scrubbing the outside curbs. The close proximity to the park is unmatched it’s only a five minute walk if that. I’d highly recommend to everyone. The hotel smelled clean and fresh. They have a small pool and hot tub. Very clean as well. They have the option to rent scooters on site as well pin trading in the lobby free coffee and tea and water in the lobby available 24/7. Close proximity to restaurants and a small convenience store. The only CONS are that if your mobility challenged you will not be able to go up stairs for the full breakfast each morning as it is located next door at the top of a flight of stairs. The rooms do not have blackout blinds but shutters which do allow some light to filter in the room. But if you’re going to Disney you’re not sleeping in so that’s not a big deal. The only other Con is there’s a lot of traffic or a trash truck at would come around 5am each morning. Then the walls are extremely thin you could hear people running and jumping all hours of the day and late into the night.
