We have just arrived home after staying at this hotel (for the 4th time) for 3 weeks. This stay will be our last. We stay at this hotel as although rhe rooms are basic and sated, the area us goid and there is a lovely terrace area whete you can sit and eat etc, however, this time it was not possible due to pests. There were rats running around the terrace and pool areas, in and out of bins, racoons chasing us for food (one chased me daughter and then grabbed my sons foot) and tiny cocktoaches where 2 of these landed on my son. We emailed the hotel 2 weeks ago regarding the issues as we never seemed to manage to catch a manager and have had no response or acknowledgement at all. It's one thing to have issues but another to not get an acknowledgement. It's such a shame as we used to love this hotel and have recommended it to others but we won't be staying again.

Stayed here on two occasions over our summer trip to Orlando. First for 3 nights to get over the jet lag, then a single night in the middle as we moved between Disney and Universal. Both times we requested rooms on a high floor facing away from the I-4 which was provided. The hotel was just a base to explore/bed for the night really, we didn't use the pool at all. Free parking and no resort fees are great, and the location is really close to get into Disney property and not too long a drive up to Universal or towards I-Drive. Really good value for money, friendly staff and everything really well maintained and clean. Can't think on a better value hotel in the whole theme park area of Orlando.
