I’ve never stayed at a hotel that made me happy like this one. This place became our home for a few weeks. All staff members so kind and helpful. First of all, for all the wonderful people staying at Disney it is NOT far at all so accessible - Even when getting a cab to Universal takes a bit longer but in terms of travelling we still averagely payed only $12. It’s a well placed hotel but still off the beaten track enough you have privacy. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and the standard rooms we stayed in were a good size and I can’t fault it. Had what we needed, tv, microwave, fridge, lovely big mirror in bathroom and you can have a bath or a shower! Absolutely loved being able to get up and have a dip in the pool each day, open nice long hours. Thought it was really sweet they provide clean/dry towels by the poolside for you. There’s a cute little decking area as well which is nice to sit at with nice views of the fountain etc. The actual hotel has a little shop in as well which is super handy. Breakfast everyday had everything we could have wanted, nice range of food and the Mickey Mouse waffles definitely put me in a good mood to start my park days! Most importantly… the absolute highlight of our stay was their team member Jill Osborne! Absolutely adored that lady, it’s so refreshing to see someone so passionate about their work and every single day she was smiling. Made my mornings being able to come down and hear her stories.. what a wonderful lady and really payed attention to our little habits. Thankyou Jill if you ever read this for bringing over our juice and coffee and for genuinely making the trip special. We will never forget our first trip to the USA. We hope one day when we visit Disney again, we can stay here.
Great hotel in great location

Stayed for 18 nights: This hotel is an absolute little Gem, in a perfect location, only 10 mins to Disney parks and 15 mins to universal parks. Had some complimentary shuttle buses to use to get around aswel. Although we didn’t use them as much as we used Ubers and lyft as it’s so cheap. The hotel was very clean and the grounds kept nice and tidy. Our room was cleaned every day, which a lot of hotels don’t do. Breakfast buffet which we paid for as an add on was very plentiful and a nice selection of food to pick from, the waitresses there were great especially Jill Osborne who was so polite and nice and always checked if we needed more coffee or juice and everyday brought me a big cup of ice and straw (as I made iced coffee) checking in was very easy and quick, as was checking out, we had a late flight leaving and was able to leave our luggage in a locked room. Located just 10 minutes walk from the hotel was some restaurants and shops and a 10 minute drive was plenty of more restaurants and shops. Overall a fabulous hotel in a great location.
