Lovely place and a great location. Clean rooms with very comfy bed. Our room was car park facing and very quiet. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Big shout out to two Lovely ladies who made us feel right at home. Shannon and Jill were just amazing.A good around value for money place. Will definitely be back.

We love staying at be the Rosen at Lake Buena Vista it offers a relaxed atmosphere in a great location. All the staff are very accommodating and provide excellent customer service. We have to make a special mention for Simon from the security team we stayed in July this year and we returned in November into December he remembered us right away! He always makes us feel welcome and makes time to chat, from the front entrance to around the pool he’s a massive part of why we book to stay at the Rosen. My 5 year old doesn’t ask when she’s going back to Disney or any other park but asks “when are we going to see Simon again” he’s a credit to the company.
