Tourist hotel but great for a passthrough stay too

I was just staying 1 night, but the impression I got immediately is that the Hotel is kept up and run well. The Reception checking me in recognized my IHG status, gave me my welcome gifts and upgraded me to a deluxe. The room is super clean and roomy. Microwave, upscale coffee machine, frig. , The lobby has a bar but I didn't try it. Vending machines and washers on each floor. The area has tons of food choices.
Another amazing stay

Terrible Breakfast Service

The rest of the hotel is fine. However, one aspect of the breakfast service was so exceptionally bad that I decided that I had to spend some of my vacation time to typing up a review. There was two women doing the job of one. I went and got my food, and the lady asked for my breakfast card (It's nearly 20 bucks a person, by the way), I didn't have it, so I gave her my room number. I sit down and try to enjoy my rather mediocre 20$ breakfast, when this lady comes over to our table and tells me that my room didn't have breakfast. So, I had to drop everything, go all the way back, and fetch the stupid voucher. I give it to her and she finally leaves me alone. I go to get a coke from the refrigerator, but the fridge is locked. The two women see me try to open it, and take no action to help me. A few minutes later, I try again. Nope, still locked. As I give up, I see one of the two women unlock the fridge. Finally, I can get a coke! As I watch her a little longer... She unlocks the fridge, takes a coke, and the re-locks it behind her. What the heck? I'm not allowed to have a coke with my 17$ breakfast? The lady then proceeds to go and hide herself behind a wall. The other lady joins her, and they start having a leisurely conversation. This is fine, except they were doing this while there was a couple 10 feet away trying to get their breakfast accounted for. TLDR; Beware of the breakfast service, which is operated by two of the most lackadaisical, lazy, and incompetent employees I have ever witnessed.
Had to call the Police on Anthony at reception for his lies and insults to me. There is no way anyone can rate this hotel 5 star

The hotel is a minus 10 in side and out it's a covid breeding sespit see pictures of filth. As I said Anthony on reception could only insult me which is typical of American hotel staff these days. Avoid this dump at all cost disgraceful service damm right filthy.
Decent but not great

We decided on a whim to do a day in Disney so booked one night a few days in advance. The price was right (under $100) and we knew we would be getting in late and checking out early so didn’t want to spend a ton. The location is a little strange, directly across from an older theme park, lots of lights. Lobby was fine. Mostly everything was closed by the time we arrived at 10:30pm. The room was clean but definitely dated. Bathroom grossed me out a little, but the beds seemed clean and my kids got a kick out of sleeping in bunk beds. Curtains were a bit dirty and didn’t fit the window well. We received a free breakfast voucher and the options were pretty decent. It was nice to head over to Disney with full bellies. All in all for one night it was fine, but I wouldn’t stay for more than that.
