THIS IS MY FIRST HOTEL REVIEW IN A LONG TIME. NOW I JUST "GO OUT OF MY WAY" TO LEAVE A REVIEW IF IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE THAT WAS JUST TRULY RARELY AMAZING, OR JUST HELL ON EARTH. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC. IN THE PAST MONTH, THIS IS MY 4TH STAY WITH A HOLIDAY INN BRANDED PROPERTY. HONESTLY THE LAST THREE WERE PRETTY BAD, BUT I'VE JUST BEEN TOO BUSY TO WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON ONE OF THEM. THIS ALSO COULD'VE BEEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE --- BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT THEY HAVE AMAZING STAFF WHICH JUST SAVED THE ENTIRE RESERVATION. THIS MIGHT HAVE BEEN OUR "MAKE OR BREAK" EXPERIENCE WHICH WOULD HAVE DETERMINED IF WE EVER STAY AT AN IHG PROPERTY EVERY AGAIN. IF ONLY EVERY IHG PROPERTY HAD STAFF LIKE HERE! CALL AHEAD AND SEE IF ANY OF THE VICTORIAS ARE WORKING THAT DAY. THERE ARE TWO OF THEM, AND THEY ARE BOTH AMAZING!!! I BELIEVE THAT THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS VICTORIA L. CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG. LONG STORY SHORT, THIS EXPERIENCE COULD HAVE GONE VERY BADLY - THERE WERE ISSUES WITH MY GROUP'S RESERVATION - BUT VICTORIA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. SHE WAS APOLOGETIC AND SUEPR FRIENDLY FOR SOMETHING AND ISSUES THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HER. SHE DIDN'T RUSH, DESPITE THE LINE OF PEOPLE BUILDING UP. SHE NEVER ONCE SHOWED FRUSTRATION OR ATTITUDE. SHE FIXED OUR GROUP'S RESERVATION AND MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT. SHE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO HELP US RESOLVE THE ISSUES WITH THE RIGHT DEPARTMENTS AND PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE. IT'S VERY SAD AND UNFORTUNATE THAT THERE AREN'T PEOPLE LIKE HER ANYMORE IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY. I JUST REALLY HOPE IHG GIVES HER A RAISE AND A PROMOTION AND DOES EVERYTHING NOT TO LOSE HER OR BURN HER OUT. (YES THE HOTEL INDUSTRY IS VERY TOUGH AND DRAINING AND HOTEL STAFF ACTUALLY DON'T GET MUCH APPRECIATION THEY DESERVE). OF COURSE THE ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE AND THE SHOWERS AND RESTROOMS WERE ALL CLEAN AND WORKING WELL. (THERE ARE MANY PROPERTIES - ESPECIALY HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS ONES - WHERE THE ROOMS ARE A MESS AND THE BATHROOMS ARE ALMOST ALWAYS BROKEN - SOMETHING IS ALWAYS NOT WORKING). BUT THIS PLACE WAS FANTASTIC - EVERYTHING CLEAN AND WORKING! BUT OF COURSE THE SUPER RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIVE, AND HELPFUL STAFF PROBABLY JUST MADE EVERYTHING BETTER AND LOCKED IN OUR MENTAL POSITIVE IMAGE OF THE PROPERTY, THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK, AND PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

First, the bad. The bathroom sink faucet was unbelievably small! The water extended into the sink ONE inch! That's it! Ridiculously hard to wash hands, brush teeth, anything?! Next the good. The breakfast was great! More like a restaurant than a hotel. Service staff were hardworking and polite. Front desk was kind. Elevators were quick (necessary with such a tall busy place). Pools are nice, although the hot tub is hard to sit in, not sure why but something about the grittiness and angle made it feel like just sitting up straight was a challenge. The beds were fairly comfy although pillows are the "flatten to thin" feather kind. The carpets were the only slightly icky things but I think that's fairly normal for a busy hotel that doesn't carpet clean every week. The little gift shop was a lifesaver for some needed supplies later at night and the woman working there is an absolute GEM. All in all, five stars. :) ...but someone PLEASE change those faucets!!?? Lol

Love staying here. Excellent customer service. Location is great. Buffet Breakfast is excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended. Enjoy pool. Jacuzzi, all amenities are great. Walking distance to many activities. Free parking and free WiFi. It has a Bar Restaurant, store, vacation planner, discount tickets for parks

It’s an okay place to stay, close to Disney world. The lobby smells horrible each day like cat piss unfortunately. Once we got up to our room hallway smelled of fresh marijuana, but the room wasn’t smelly, was okay. Refrigerator worked more like a cooler and the tv was broken however, if you’re just trying to find a place to crash when you have an all day park it’s fine. Parking is simple and the a/c was nice and cold which is what matters. The beds were alright but decent for a budget hotel

My family has been coming here many yrs. Clean, best customer service who really care for their guests & their needs, walking distance to resturants & shopping. Awesome amenities, free parking & free bus to the parks. A+ for business & fun. ??
