July 31 - August 3, 2024 We are here again as a visitors at the Holiday Inn Celebration Resort on Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway Kissimmee, Florida. We are truly enjoying ourselves here at the pool and would like to thank the entire staff for their continued courtesy, professionalism and maintaining a top-notch resort. I have asked their names to give thanks to hotel managers and staff: Veronica, Victoria, Sabrina, Max, Victoria, Ivan, Daniela and Lorenzo, My experience while staying at the resort has always been pleasurable due to the customer service i have received and the quality of the rooms, In today's world, people are so quick to complain about the most minute things that aren't worth mentioning instead of complimenting and giving credit where credit is due. Good customer service should be recognized. No resort/hotel is perfect these days". It's a great affordable business/family-oriented resort which I will continue to recommend to family and friends. The resort is safe, very clean with an in-house restaurant, "free parking" hot tub, large outdoorl and kiddie pool, daily bus transportation to and from major amusement parks, a gym, in-door kids arcade, a gift shop, walking distance of major shopping and resturants, Fun Spot / Old Town amusement park (across the street) and a 24 hr. McDonald's is right next door. Did I mention "Clean?" 1 highly recommend this resort. Great work HI Celebration staff! They are a great asset to the IHG Corporation and should be commended for their outstanding job performance,

Like everything about this hotel,breakfast,location and staff. Proximity to restaurants. Some great rooms and plenty of parking and space for larger vehicles. Will recommend for families due to the affordable pricing and proximity to the parks.

Wow Amazing staff starting with Max who checked us in and accommodated us and made us feel right at home, specially with the family situation we are going thru. Jose & Eric our amazing/funny/attentive and on point with the drinks! Veronica & Victoria accommodating us with our extended stay. We felt right at home. They all work not only as a team but as family! That’s what we experienced! Thank you all for all your sympathy and accommodations during this hard time we are going thru! Juan & Nicole Lopez!
