I stayed at this property to take care of some personal business in the area. My stay was for 2 nights. The day after I checked in I had been out all day and upon return to my room I realized some personal items of mine were missing. I then went to my car to double check to make sure these items were taken and not misplaced. I spoke to the girl on the evening shift and she assured me that she would notify her manager and she would talk to me in the morning. When morning came I got up early to have breakfast. Before going to breakfast I was assured that the incident was reported and the manager usually comes in around 8:30-9 and she will speak to me then. I went to have breakfast and once I was done I sat in the lobby for over an hour to be accessible when she was ready to speak to me. The manager totally disregarded my situation and did not seek me out. When I approached the desk the agent went to go get her and when she came out she shouted at me across the hall saying how can I help you sir very distasteful. As if she didn’t know my name or situation. I explained it to her and then asked were you not aware? She tells me yes I was aware but I like to speak to the guests first. Again very distasteful. I was told to be patient. I was patient. When I was contacted they told me the housekeeper said she did not find anything in the room. Of course a thief would say that. Once she was done saying what she wanted to say it was pretty much you’re a liar, no resolution. I then asked to speak to the Gm. When he came out I warned him. Please make sure you take me somewhere private because I am very upset. He said sure no problem, and then took me to a hallway that was still practically in the lobby. As I’m expressing my frustrations, he cuts me off and tells me hey listen if you’re going to get mad I’m going to walk away. No empathy. No apology. After having my personal items taken and no resolution offered on this matter, I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t be more than upset with this situation. I kindly told him to have a good day. I knew they wouldn’t compensate me financially on my personal items. But for more than one person to act so nonchalant regarding the situation and not offer a resolution is a blatant slap and spit in the face. I then proceeded to go on Google to write a review, but before I started I read some of the reviews and it seems this isn’t the first time it’s happened. In fact 2 similar incidents was reported within a week of me writing this review on 2/1/24. All I can think about is how this is a destination property and what if I left money in the room. People come here with a lot of money and trust them to be honest and respectful of their belongings and this proven not to be the case at this hotel.

My friend and I stay here for 5 night and the fourth day my friend left her wallet in the room. Until we came back from the park $131 are missing from the wallet. We went to the front desk and they told me their supervisor is not here. Sh will be in the morning time. I told them already I will check out around 8:00am. She said yes they will solve the problem. But the next morning no body come to our room no body come to ask anything. They said again we will solve don’t worry. And then I checked out to the airport. After three days no body call us. I keep calling them about few time. They give me the answer that we don’t have track about who took the money. Really disappointed about their hotel management. Not recommended and won’t go back again.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Satiana at the front desk was very helpful with shuttle info and breakfast vouchers. She also gave us a room on the top floor with a great view of Fun Spot across the road. FYI these rooms do have a fair bit of street noise so if you don’t like the noise get a room not facing the street.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Fun Spot and Old Town were just across the road. Plenty of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here last night.. hotel is extremely clean.. the girl at the front desk her name starts with a “S” very different name.. sorry terrible with names .. but she was amazing.. very nice and helpful.. but that being said . We were on 2nd floor facing front right above drive up check in.. now i see why they places the sound machines in the rooms… so noisy. Cars beeping and dropping off, people yelling.. also you can hear the traffic from irlo bronson.. nice hotel just our room wasnt great for sleeping

This hotel was the one chosen for us in a fantastic deal we received from Travel Republic.
The location is great, with ample parking. We had a room overlooking the little lake out the back and spent many a morning sat watching the storks and trying the spot the little gator that calls the lake its home.
We did get hit by a local tax on arrival at the hotel that our holiday agent failed to warn us about which was a bit of a surprise. But if this is not the hotels fault, it was our agents responsibility to pre notify us of this.
The hotel for us was quite cheap so we were satisfied with the room we received and the service.
The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, but the towels and sheets were clean so this was the most important factor for us.
The bathroom floor had hairs on it and the room was generally dated but again for the price we counted our blessings and dealt with it. We just gave the bathroom floor a bit of a clean and got on with it.
We got a deal, spent most of our time out in Disney etc, so the room was a functional place to rest and it served its purpose.
Would we book it again? Well if I was on a budget maybe. But I think I would look at paying a bit more to avoid having to clean the room on arrival.
But all in all it wasn't bad. I've definitely stayed in worse in Thailand and better in Dubai but for the price we paid I can't really complain.
