Not for family travel as this is a conference hotel and it is family-friendly. Better try the other Hyatt regency near Disney springs which have much better family service and activities during the stay. The staff always wants to charge you fee for any request. Pool is not heated. Not suitable for winter use.

Hotel was great my only issues were food was just ok and self parking was an issue every time I used it.

I attend the same convention each January only if I can book a room at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. The camaraderie at the convention makes the trip fun; the breakfast at the Hyatt makes the trip!

Hyatt Regency Orlando is a beautiful hotel with outstanding customer service. It truly feels like a mini city—you don’t even need to leave the property. Everything is there, from fine dining and a full-service spa to gorgeous pools and relaxing common areas. The Realtor® convention was incredibly well organized—they didn’t miss a beat. The staff was attentive, professional, and always welcoming, making the entire experience seamless. I can’t wait to visit again!

They Hyatt Regency Orlando was a lovely hotel. We were there on a business trip, but walking through the hotel & the service we received, it felt more like a vacation. Their market area (small grocery, food, coffee) is open 24 hours which was very convenient. Our room, walking areas and elevators were extremely clean. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
