Such a great experience with one of my favorite hotel chains! Went to a conference over a weekend and was extremely impressed how the staff were plentiful and available for assistance to everyone there. They all had smiles on their faces and were ready for any questions. The conference went so smooth and the hotel made it that much better. From the room they picked for me (reading my comments when I booked the room), to the food in the hotel, and the great internet/TV service, my stay was 100% perfect! Recommended!! Great staff!

Super friendly staff in all areas. Noticeably friendlier than most. This is a LARGE property with multiple towers and a large conference area. Many shops and restaurants as well as pools and recreational facilities. My room was in good repair and the air conditioning would cool to the actual temperature you set it to as opposed to cooling to the temperature the hotel wants it too. One of the better properties that my business group books.

Spacious accommodations with a beautiful pool view, very clean and food was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay at this hotel. Online check in was fast, room was ready on arrival, bell desk and front staff got us and our luggage to the room super fast. Parking was easy and a short walk back to hotel. Room was clean and bright, new B-line diner is wonderful, pool was clean but a little cold. Hot tub was great. No issues with bill or any other facilities. A perfect 10 out of 10.

Wonderful hotel stay at a nice, modern and clean resort. I left a brand new shirt behind at the bar and they turned it in and called me back to ship to my home after I realized I may have left it there. Class act resort and special shoutout to Prakash!
