Great location for the theme parks and the fast pass is a massive plus point. Rooms are fine. The quick service food court was OK but could have done with a few more option. The pool was excellent offering great food and huge portions. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Arrived on the 6th September 24,initially we were disappointed at our drop off at the back of the hotel as tui aren't allowed to drop off at main entrance ,tired after flight and out of our usual time zone it was a walk to reception and a three floor lift ride,we soon started to relax tho as the hotel is fantastic, from receptions smiley face to the pool and bars can't fault it .Esau access to city walk on water taxi or ten minute stroll, Jakes bar has more than enough choice of beers and bourbons, my favourite was old smokey and jakes red lager.

We visited for my husband’s birthday, and I was a bit nervous. This resort definitely delivers! The property is beautiful and you will forget you are at a theme park! The rooms are comfortable, the bed is great and showers hot! We ate at all three restaurants and enjoyed everything! Mimosas for breakfast were spectacular! If you are visiting on a Saturday do not miss the Luau! We have been to a few but this one bested them all! The show was great!! The boat taxi to the parks/city walk was fast and fun! All the stars for Royal Pacific!!

Had an absolutely fantastic holiday here just come back after a 14 night stay . Staff are very accommodating , friendly & efficient,nothing is too much trouble . As its a premium hotel expect prices to reflect this . Massive perk is unlimited fast passes for every member on your room reservation for every night of your stay. Also the resort is right in the heart of City walks & has it's own water taxis & walking path to both parks I.O.A & Universal studios. The Hotel & Resort is beautiful and immaculate.

First time staying at Royal Pacific and it was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is in an excellent location, short walk to city walk or going by boat or bus shuttle. All the staff were friendly and the perk of the included unlimited express passes with the room make it worth paying extra to stay in the hotel.
