Our favorite place to stay at Universal!

This is our 3rd time staying at Lowes Royal Pacific, but our first time utilizing the bus system and the first time we were there for more than a long weekend. First, I need them to bottle the scent of the lobby because it is just amazing!!! Check in was awesome. We had a wonderful experience and she let the kids pick out the cards they wanted. She gave us a run down of everything with the bussing since we hadn't been there before. We felt very welcome. We picked our tickets up on the other side of the lobby easily, as well. Tuk Tuk is in the lobby area as well and is a quick service spot. It was great on the mornings we had to leave super early for Epic because we could grab some food and eat before we had to leave. The food was great, too! The room itself was 2 queen beds with a water view. The room was very clean and the view was great! We didn't get any noise coming up from the pool, either, which was nice. The shower was amazing and had plenty of storage for all of our things. The beds were very comfortable, as well. We enjoyed the water taxi for getting to the parks, but even the walk to and from wasn't bad and we did that a few nights. I always say we will try somewhere else on property, but we always return to Royal Pacific. Can't wait for our next visit!
Average Experience for Premium Price

While this property is in a great location and offers great accessibility to Citywalk, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure, our stay left a few things to be desired. We were asked to check in 3 (yes 3) separate times: once mobile, once in person, and then once again in person once the room was ready (we had to leave the park to check in the third time and receive new keys again). Our AC was broken during our stay; while maintanence came out and was polite and friendly, the problem persisted with the room reaching 75 degrees overnight. The door to the room was chipped and worn, the room was small and needed major updating. Our minifridge was also broken. The food options at the hotel are limited, especially for children. We had to ask for options that were child-friendly. Pool area was underwhelming and needs updating. Stayed here just for the express passes and will not stay again - the place doesnt justify the price.

My family of three has been staying at Loews Royal Pacific Resort for the past two days, and we check out tomorrow. Overall, we've had a great experience. The location is hard to beat if you're visiting Universal Orlando. Being able to walk to the parks and having the added bonus of unlimited Universal Express access to two of the three parks is a huge perk that adds tremendous value to your stay. The lobby and public spaces are beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Unfortunately, our King Bedroom Suite could use some attention. The toilet has a very weak flush, the bathroom sink leaks every time it's used, and the bed is noticeably uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. That said, the true highlight of our stay has been the incredible staff. Upon arrival, we had the absolute pleasure of being welcomed by Ashley, Mkalia, and Kenzie. These three women single-handedly turned what would have been a good stay into an exceptional one. Their warmth, genuine kindness, and infectious personalities made my family feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The level of hospitality they provided honestly exceeded service I've received at Four Seasons properties, and I don't say that lightly. They are the perfect example of what outstanding customer service should look like. If you have the opportunity to stay at this resort, I sincerely hope you get the chance to meet Ashley, Mkalia, and Kenzie. Ladies, you are absolute treasures, and Loews Royal Pacific Resort is incredibly fortunate to have you on its team.
Perfect family holiday

Coming to the end of our 10 night holiday as I’m writing this and I cannot fault this hotel. The people that work here are exceptional, the customer service is great, they really cannot do enough for you and make you feel so welcome. Everyone has a smile on their face, such a happy environment. It’s so close to walk to city walk/ islands of adventure and universal, but the boats come and go roughly every 15mins and they’re great. The hotels early access to the parks (IOA, Universal, Volcano bay and Epic was the reason we chose this hotel, then getting the xpress pass for the first 2 is a fabulous addition. We made use of the pool hopping options aswell visiting hard rock and portofino bay. Both of these places was great and different. We stayed in a standard room on 7th floor in tower 1 (2 adults, 2 kids 8&11). The views are great and room is plenty big enough. The cleaners come once a day to make the room and do a fantastic job. We will 100% be returning to this hotel in the future. The Hardie Family.
The Best Universal Orlando Luxury Hotel

Perfect location - walking distance to Universal Studios and IOA or take the boat. My favourite hotel, Polynesian style design, beautiful pool area, tropical landscaping and multiple dining options. You can see and hear IOA from the hotel. Absolutely fabulous all round, can’t fault it at all, clean rooms, themed especially kids suites and service very good. Wouldn’t go anywhere else when visiting Universal It is a luxury hotel so it is expensive but worth the splurge if you can We will be back
