Security Staff Rocks!

There is always something you can improve on or something not so good. But in this case I would like to point out the security team´s GREAT work. Especially JERRY SWANSON's. I had an issue when leaving the hotel. What I can say is that Jerry's AWESOME work helped me a lot. He was very kind and understanding and in a matter of minutes was able to track down what had happened to a box I had left "in theory" out of my car when leaving. He took the time, understood I was very upset because that box contained stuff very expensive and important to me, and reverted in a matter of minutes with great kindness and resolution. Must say I have NEVER EVER dealt with security people that worked this way at different hotels I have been traveling around the world. I ended up thinking Jerry belonged to the Customer relations team. I don't know what else to say, but that you should hire more people like him. DEFINITELY!

Great Express Pass Value

This is a beautiful property with many great amenities. Great staff! Great location! We stayed one night to take advantage of the express pass and transportation for 2 days. It was so worth it just for this.

Birthday Trip

We stayed at Loews Royal Pacific Resort for 8 days for my husband's 60th Birthday & the experience was fantastic! We had a water view room which was amazing & the whole hotel was beautiful & tranquil. We stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter for 10 days prior to our arrival which we also enjoyed but was a totally different experience.

Great location and overall appearance but …

This was our second stop after the Wilderness Lodge at Disney. The hotel seemed to be a good resort when we got there with a nice greeting luggage staff and checkin experience. They were painting in the halls and the room had some odors we associated to paint. However after some time there the smell did not dissipate and only seemed stronger. We talked to the staff and they sent in housekeeping and did the normal cleaning which did nothing. Then we told the staff and the same response. We looked into the smells and found mold in the showers, on the floors and in the cracks. The staff said housekeeping would come. The small was tough to bare and we will never stay here again.

Higher expectations

Bathroom was not up to our standards. Due to buildup of algae and slime on shower floor and grout lines - Vallet did not know how to operate our vehicle and had to wait a god amount of time to receive it back or get to it our selfs which shouldnt happen based on the price your paying
