We loved our stay so much last year, we just had to come back!! As soon as we stepped out of the car, bellhop came over immediately and helped us with all our luggage and gave us a friendly, warm welcome. We went into the lobby and checked in, again, received a friendly, efficient, warm welcome, and were given our room keys and express passes. We stayed for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. The room was beautiful, fresh, clean and comfortable and the beds were lovely. The whole resort is wonderful, we love getting the boat over to City Walk. Everything is just chilled. The pool area is gorgeous, and the bars, restaurants and the shops are fantastic too. Every member of staff greet you like old friends. We didn’t want to leave, we loved every second. We will definitely be back again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Another amazing stay at LRPR. We had a few issues with the room ( ants. Air con not working. Toilet not flushing. Light not working) but they were all sorted within the hour. Staff were lovely.bed was super comfy. Amenities were fantastic. Over all outstanding stay. Will 100% be staying here again. Shout out to the guys at front of hotel they are none stop helping people with their luggage. Car valet parking just overall hard workers and so lovely and polite. Thank you for making my boys birthday one to remember also. Wpuld highly recommend and will be back again soon!

We would like to take a moment to recognize Kellie F. for the exceptional service she provided during our stay. Kellie was absolutely amazing in her role as a Guest Services Representative. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, she went above and beyond to assist us with every question, concern, and issue we had. Her professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made a tremendous difference in our experience. Our family, the McKinleys, has stayed at all of the Lowe’s properties, and we can honestly say that Kellie stands out far above all of the other employees we have encountered. She made us feel welcomed, valued, and truly cared for throughout our stay. We sincerely appreciate everything Kellie did to make our visit so enjoyable and memorable. She is an outstanding representative of Lowe’s Royal Pacific, and we hope her exceptional efforts are recognized and appreciated.

I absolutely loved our stay the Royal Pacific. The smell when you walk in the lobby, the leis you are gifted on check in, the instant feel of calm after a busy day in the parks. We actually stayed August 2025 but I've only just realised I forgot to write my review! The rooms are tastefully decorated. Nice bright lights in the bathroom area, with a sliding door for privacy to the shower and toilet. I found there were enough lifts the service the rooms so we never had to wait long. We got the boat to the parks a few times but enjoyed the short walk equally. The pool was great, clean and a good temperature as were the pool bar snacks and drinks. We got the giant nachos! My only recommendation is for there to be info for the buses to Epic at the bus stop as we were unsure on timings. In summary, a hotel I shall be returning to!

Dropped in on the way to USF & IOA parks to eat at Islands, but was closed after b'fast till dinner. So got to chat w/Jake P. Dir of Housekeeping, & tell him how we loved the hotel. Also asked if valets had tire pressure gage since my tire light was on. Very nice guy Quincy came out & found a real low pressure, fixed it & filled all 4. Then went to lovely lunch at Jake's Bar (no relation to Jake P, lol). Had delish hot honey fried chicken sandwich, wow, the best! Also had taste of haunted hideaway buffalo dip, yum! Dessert was churro bread pudding w/caramel sauce & ice cream, perfect! Front ofc supervisor Kawena was sooo nice to talk to also. Can't wait to go back! :D
