When checking in the desk auditor was friendly. When checking out the desk auditor was put out that I wanted a printed copy of my bill. ( 2 different people) I placed the sign on the door that I was not in need of cleaning. They entered anyway. The room didn’t have a clean smell and the face cloths were scratchy. The shower head was not putting out a wide spray. The tv had a line crack in it. Brought it to the attention of the desk auditor and nothing was done about it. Since, I was there mainly to shower and sleep, I didn’t push it. The kitchen area was nice and clean and the appliance appears to be pretty new. Pillows were not fluffy but the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was available. So many people eating, it was a wait for food to be refilled. I didn’t see any fruit but several other choices were available. Outside the grounds are clean and the pool area was clean and inviting.

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn and for a great deal! the pool area was nice, the fitness area in good working function and it is in a wonderful locale! Pros- great deal, wonderful staff, free breakfast. The breakfast is superior to many of the standard continental breakfasts. For management, I may suggest switching it up a little perhaps with two line ups for a week so those staying a week have just a little variety (e.g. bacon instead of sausage or potatoes once in awhile. It was convenient to the convention center (I was at a national conference) and the deal was far superior to the hotels right near the conference center (yet it was within 10 minutes). If going back to a convention there I certainly would stay again!

Good clean room with coffee makers, and we had reserved 2 suites that connected which was awesome our group didn’t feel separated but still had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend them also everything is so close by which came in handy.

Room was clean and comfortable - kitchen well stocked and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast also was good, lines not too long and nice selection. Met my expectations for a Marriott Residence Inn and was located within walking distance from my daughter and her family. Not many hotel amenities but that is pretty standard.

Nice hotel, comfy beds and was clean enough, somewhat dated room, scuffs on walls, etc. We didn’t use amenities such as pool, etc. breakfast was nothing special but appreciate it being included. Served our purpose but we would probably choose somewhere else to try next time, parking was extra also. We have stayed in better for less money but it definitely was not a bad stay.
