Nice hotel, poor check in process

Let’s start with a big negative (there are positives). I checked in at 2am after 23 hours of travelling. The guy at reception, you would think it was him that had travelled all day. No real warmth or welcome at all. What was worse, I then proceeded to walk to my room. Not sure if it was pre allocated , but they gave me room 4121 which was literally the last room in the corridor and a 10 minute walk from reception, again, not what I wanted after a very long journey. Some thought may have been given to this whole process which was far from acceptable. I was pretty unhappy at this point. On the positive, rooms are big and spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The food areas are good too, I loved my coffee in the morning from the on site cafe. I would stay again but for the experience of check in, probably not as there is so much choice in Orlando.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Large dining options on sight. Clean public areas. Little on the pricey side BUT... you pay for what you get in Orlando.
